Chapter 40

By the time we stepped inside their house, Jack had started singing paradise. It was such a beautiful song. "Hannah, wanna sing along?" Kim questioned. I answered by already starting to sing and Jack G joined in too.

I stopped somewhere around the middle, trying to shake the feeling away, but it just wouldn't go. Jack saw me thinking and asked "What's on your mind?" I told him it was nothing but he didn't believe me.

"Hannah, c'mon you can tell me anything," he reassured me.
"Come with me" I said and led him to his room.
"What are we doing here?" He asked puzzled.
"I think.... I think I'm starting to like you again..." He looked at me with a surprised face.
"Really?"
"Yeah."
"YES!!!" I started laughing and he pulled me in for a hug. I hugged him back without hesitation and it felt really nice. I could tell he was enjoying himself too. The love of his life just admitted she likes him back and is now hugging him.
"You know Hannnah," he started.
"What?" I replied pulling away from the hug.
"I love you so much, I could kiss you right now." I smiled and looked down.

He pulled my face up... And kissed me. I couldn't believe it, because I was kissing him back. I felt so safe, so secure and so happy, that everything around us had disappeared and now, Jack was the only one in my world.

Kim's POV

"Hannnah? Hannah where r u?" I was looking everywhere for her, but I had no clue where she was. That's when it hit me, I haven't checked in Jack's room.

Hannah's POV
"Hannah are you there?" I froze.
"Jack. Jack!"
"What is it babe?" I smiled at the sound of it but soon snapped back into reality.
"Kim is coming" I replied.
"Oh, um. We-" the door swung open.
"Oh, hey Kim," I said trying to act like nothing happened
"Oh, hey. I was just looking for you..."
"Why?"
"Umm idk... See ya then..." And she shut the door and ran.

I looked at Jack with a smile,
"Do you think she knew?"
"Nah. We are just two bad people who love secrets". I giggled and he poked my side again.
"Stop, Jack." I was still laughing.
"You're cute when you laugh. I like it,"
We just sat there staring at each other and smiling for about a minute wen a smirk spread on his face.
"What?"
"So is it bad to say you like me now?"
I slowly got up off the bed,
"We'll see," I said while leaving him in his room.

Jack J's POV
Yessss! Hannah loves me now!
I can't wait to see what's in store for us...

Meanwhile I had these thoughts in my head, I was walking down the corridor to go and talk with Gilinsky. I figured that if I can convince Hannah that I'm the right guy for her, maybe he can do the same with Kim. So I opened his door and said,
"Hey Jack. You will never believe it. I-"
I looked up to see Kim asleep on his lap.
"Aww, she's so cute. How'd you do that?" I whispered
"Heh, I just told her how I really feel and we spent some time getting to know each other. Now she trusts me and next thing I know, she's asleep on my lap.
"Aww that's amazing. Oh, right. I came in to tell you that Hannah told me how she feels about me. "
"Damn. Today's a lucky day"
"Yeah that's legit but guess what? She kissed me!"
"WHAT?!" He half whispered half yelled. "Are you sure that it wasn't just you-"
"No, G, she full on kissed me, and she really enjoyed it!"

"Who really enjoyed what?" I heard a sweet, soft voice behind me so I turned around to face her
"You really enjoyed kissing me," I said with a smirk"
"She did what...?"
I turned around again to see Kim awake.
"I kissed him..." She announced shyly.
