I Miss You. A Lot (Ness x Reader)

Hey guys! This was requested by @Fanfics_oh_mah_gerd ! Thanks for requesting!

3rd Person's P.O.V.

"Ticket, please." The driver grumbled, beckoning the (h/c) haired girl to give him the bus ticket. (Y/N) handed her ticket to the driver and took a seat, bag in hand.

(Y/N) was visiting her childhood friend, Ness, to hang out. Though, she lived in Threed and that was pretty far to walk, so her mom gave her some money to buy food and a bus ticket.

As the bus started to go into the tunnel that led to Twoson, (Y/N) could feel boredom dawn on her already. So, she took out her (favourite thing) from her bag and started (playing/drawing/etc.) on it.

(Timeskip to Onett)

(Y/N) was so into her (f/t) that she didn't even notice that the bus had come to a complete stop. "Eagleland, Onett!" The driver shouted, hoping to snap (Y/N) out of her daze, which it did.

"Wha- huh?" (Y/N) exclaimed, coming back to earth. She packed her (f/t) quickly and ran out the bus in a daze, not wanting to hold up the other people any longer. "Thank you, sir!" (Y/N) thanked the driver, handing him a tip. "Anytime, ma'am." The driver replied politely.

As (Y/N) jumped out of the bus, she started to feel a little hungry. 'Eh, a little snack wouldn't hurt. It still is a while till I get to Ness' house.' (Y/N) thought, pulling a cookie from her bag. She knew that Ness' mom would probably have a steak dinner ready when she came, so she didn't want to be full before she got there.

As she was walking and nibbling on her cookie, she saw Ness' neighbour Pokey. "Hey, (Y/N)!" He yelled from his yard, waving at her. "Uh, hi..." She responded awkwardly, turning back to continue walking to Ness' house.

(Y/N)'s P.O.V.

'Eww, his stomach is so big! Kinda looks like he's pregnant.' I thought, snickering when I was out of earshot.

I had finished the cookie by the time I had gotten there, not really filling if you ask me. I had hoped my judgement was correct, really wanting a big, juicy steak right now. I kinda drooled when I thought of the steak.

(Okay, I'm just gonna say now, if you don't like steak or any meat just roll with it please! ^^')

I sucked my drool back in, knocking at the door. As the handle twisted and the door opened, I could smell the aroma of meat wafting to the outside of the shelter.

"Oh hello (Y/N), dear! Long time no see! Come on in!" Ness' mom greeted, signalling for me to come in. "Good evening Ness' mom!" I greeted, walking into the house and taking off my shoes.

"(Y/N)! Your finally here!" Ness exclaimed, tackling me into a hug. "Hey, Ness!" I grinned.

"I'll set up the table and get dinner ready, why don't you two go to Ness' room and catch up?" Ness' mom offered. "Okay!" Ness replied, giggling and dragging me to his room.

He sat on his bed and I copied his action, facing one another. "How's your new house? And what's Threed like?" Ness asked, starting a conversation. "Well, my house and Threed are both pretty big, so I kinda get lost... And it's kinda like a ghost town, with how dim it is all the time..." I said dissapointingly. "Oh..." Ness mumbled.

"So, how's it like without me around?" I asked, trying to brighten the mood. Apparently it worked, 'cause he started happily smiling that adorable, little smile... Wait, did I just call him adorable?

"Well, our new neighbours aren't that bad, but it would be better if you guys were here... Then, we wouldn't have to plan a hang out! You could just come over." Ness explained. I winced when I remembered who his neighbours were, pot belly, I named the kid. (Was reading over this and now I'm laughing super hard XD) "Yeah, I wish it were more like that too..." I admitted shyly. "But most of all..." Ness started, moving closer and the both of you getting considerably more hot. He lifted your chin up for you to look at him.

"I miss you. A lot."

Heh, now you have to imagine if they kiss or not, I'm not comfortable doing the scene yet...^^'

I did do chin lifting, but considering this is late at night and I don't really have the 'feel switch' turned on right now, I was a bit more comfortable doing the physical contact part.

I dunno, just give me a few more oneshots before I do even more fluff (if you consider what I do even is fluff).

Sorry I made you guys seem like a jerk towards Pokey. If you like him, that is. ^^' It's just... what he did to Claus in Mother 3 got me to hate him. >~<

Oh yeah! I had an idea: does anyone AT ALL want to see a Mother 3/Gravity Falls crossover? I kinda want to do one. ^ω^
