Out of fear and concern for Kureha,Yato quickly dressed himself and her before running as fast as his feet could carry them. He had to make it. He had to get to old man Tenjin. It was odvious he knew more about Celestial beings than Yato did. So surely, surely he would know how to help her. Yato flinched as the blight slowly began to crawl up his body, burning him bit by bit. Struggling to maintain his footing and not surrender to the horrid blight which plagued him. Yato continued his journey, hoping and praying to the ones that answer the prayers of the God's themselves to hear him. But most of all to answer his prayer to save her. The one person besides Hiyori. Kureha. Yato peered down towards Kureha pain rattled form. Her once peaceful face held a tortured expression one that Yato wanted to wash away from this world. He needed her to exist in this world. Just as humans needed air to survive. He needed Kureha, more than ever. Already Yato could feel Kureha's body temperature dropping horribly low. But what alarmed him the most was the fact her body was ice cold. Identical to corpse.
Gripping onto her body tightly as Yato made his way to Lord Tenjin's shrine. Tripping over his own feet due to his clumsiness, Yato called out for Tenjin. Begging for his assistance. But he was only answered by one of Tenjin's fellow Regalia. Mayu, who use to serve Yato awhile back. She was always a soft spoken person, but as a partner Yato felt she was very high maintenance. But her judgemental expression was wiped clean and was replaced with one with utter shock and disgust. "Yato?! What happened?"She exclaimed before rushing to Yato's only to be stopped by the booming voice of her master Tenjin.
Whom suddenly appeared in front of Mayu in a beam of white light. "You must not touch them!"He exclaimed before standing in front of Mayu protectivly. Mayu peered towards Yato in a concerned as the blight continued to plague his body. "Please Tenjin, help me!"Yato begged before allowing Tenjin to see the horrible state Kureha was in. Tenjin bit his bottom lip at the sight of Kureha. Who held back her painfilled cries. Already Yato could tell by this type of Blight that this was not only a curse. But something more. She was being blighted by her own fellow Regalia. Tsuya.
"That can't be..."Kureha muttered weakly before turning her weakened head towards Tenjin. She wouldn't allow anyone to smear Tsuya's name in such a way. A name that she bestowed upon the young girl who she felt was more of a daughter to her. "Tsuya would never betray me!"Kureha exclaimed angrily with all her might, only to feel fatigue due to the blight take over. She found herself on her knees struggling to maintain her powerful demeanor. Tenjin averted his gaze towards Kureha's poor state.
He knew how strongly Kureha felt for her regalia. Regalia are like family to a God or Goddess, they are what keep a God alive. Just as the prayers of a Gods worshippers. They were necessary, and most of all they were loved dearly by their Masters. And it was no different for Kureha. She loved Tsuya with all her heart, and refused to believe Tsuya would betray her. Kureha shook her head of the negative thoughts which plagued her mind. She didn't want to believe it. It couldn't be true. Tsuya would never....never betray her....right?
