Chapter 9-Party

Penny's P.o.v

Today is the day of Elisa's party and Zeke was on his way to get me as he wanted to drive me to the party- also he didn't want to be there for when all her friends get there and have to deal with all the squealing and their mothers talking to him.

"Lil come in here" Aunt Fizz shouts. I walk to the living room where she is lying on the couch watching the news which is currently a picture of Zeke house.

"The princess was seen here yesterday giving a box and card to a young girl. Princess lily was spotted leaving the castle with a guard before pulling up here and getting out she then proceed to the house before asking for the young girl know known as Elisa who had sent a letter to the Princess asking her to come to her birthday party which Princess Lilly isn't able to attend. Instead she gave Elisa a birthday present. We now go over to Elisa and her mother to tell us more about what was in the box."

"Elisa can you tell us what was in the box" The news presenter asks and Elisa nods opening the box.

"It is her tiara, which she wore when she was my age for her birthday party. I can't wait to wear it and show everybody. She's so nice to send it me. I love her" Elisa says smiling widely into the camera.

"So how was meeting the princess?" the news presenter asks.

"She's so nice and lovely and she gives the best hugs- don't tell my brother I said that he will be upset- but when she hugged me it was like it was mommy hugging me she was just so warm and friendly and I felt like she was mommy." Elisa says then turning and hugging her mom who smiles down to her and hugging her back.

"So there you go the princess is just a lovely as everyone makes out her to be. We will have more news later. Thank you for watching"

My heart melted as Elisa described me, I've always wanted to meet people who look up to me and be that person they see so I can show I'm not false and I am there for them when they need me and to hear Elisa say that made me swell in pride and love.

"I'm going Aunt see you later" I say giving her a quick hug and grabbing my bag and birthday card. Elisa's present will be delivered to her house today and set up there. This was because I have got her a small tower, it was lucky they had a big garden so it would fit. The tower has an oval door way and inside there is a set of stairs but instead of being just a top floor their is 3 small floors that have a pretend kitchen and living room, a bedroom and a library  with a small wind that had hair cascading down the tower to relate to Rapunzel.
The bedroom has a customised bed and wardrobe which I had filled with princess costumes and shoes and some everyday outfits to show her that princess don't always wear dresses.

I couldn't wait to see the look on her face when she sees it. I know she will like it. I also know when she is older she will want her own space so it will be her own little place for her to escape to. I know it is childish when she's older but she can change it to suit her better.

I got to the car park and hopped in Zeke's car. "Good morning, you look beautiful" he says driving off. I decided to wear a simple dress and a small tiara on my head. I had also worn high heels but had another set of shoes in my bag because I know I will not be able to spend all day in them.

"How is the birthday girl today" I ask and he laughs.

"Ecstatic. I'm sure you have seen the news and what the princess has brought her. She hasn't took it off all morning and can't wait to show all her friends." he says making me smile. I should do that more often make sure I send gifts to girls and boys who's birthday it is. I already do it for the children in care so I should do it for others.
