If you didn't already know Mai and Naru are dating and i am not sure i made that clear in my story and they have been dating for about 5 months. I also hope you enjoy this chapter because i worked hard on it .
~Mai's Dreamworld~
"Hey Mai long time no see" Mai searched around the darkness to find where the voice was coming from until she set my eyes upon a dreamy looking version of Naru. It was Gene standing there and smiling at her.
"I could say the same for you" Mai replied while lifting herself up off the ground, she inspecting her surroundings but she found nothing in the pitch black surroundings except Gene looking at her confused.
"Um Mai is there anything that you would like to tell me?" Gene asked as he gave Mai a mischievous smirk.
"No not that i know of. Why do you know something Gene?" Mai said with i slight sense of irritation in her voice.
" Oh poor innocent Mai do you really not know what i'm talking about?" Mai irritation grew even more when he would not tell her what he was talking about and she finally snapped.
"WHAT, WHAT IS IT BECAUSE YOU OBVIOUSLY KNOW SOMETHING I DON'T SO SPILL IT!!!"
"Okay Mai calm down i was just teasing you i'll tell you Mai your........"
Gene's sentence came to an end because Mai had become conscious and her dreamworld vanished.
Naru P.O.V.
I was startled when I heard something hit the floor like a shallow thump outside of my office , Then i heard the monk say:
"Mai, Mai wake up"I shifted my chair and got up to see what happened. Outside my door was Mai lying on the floor unconscious. I was furious that Mai was hurt.
"WHAT HAPPENED TO HER, DID YOU DO THIS!" I yelled furiously at monk. As monk was explaining what happened and all the other people at SPR began to follow the noise that i was causing Mai woke up and gave me a faint smile and began crying.
Mai P.O.V.
When i woke up i was so happy to see naru's face staring down at me with a composed face but worry in his eyes i was so happy
