Mai's dream
"Look Mommy it's a butterfly" a little girl shouted while giggling and running towards the butterfly. "This dream is familiar" Mai thought
"Wait up Mai Mommy's coming" Mai turned around with a shocked expression she realized this voice it was her mother's. Her vision refocused and there was her mother running towards her with a smile before she knew it she was pulled into a tight embrace. She began to cry, she felt warmth coming from her mother. She stood there motionless.
"I miss u mommy......" A tear ran down her cheek as her beautiful dream began to fade into reality.
Naru P.O.V.
For now it didn't seem like Mai was having bad dreams at the moment which made me feel happy that she was safe and not seeing those horrible things from before but it still worried me for some reason. I got it bed next to Mai and hugged her as I fell asleep.
Mai P.O.V.
*beep**beep*beep**beep**beep* "Naru turn it off it's too noisy"I groaned and moved Naru's arms from around my growing belly and hit the snooze button on the alarm clock. "Naru get up" I gently shook Naru and he swatted my hand away. My annoyance grew even more so i picked up my pillow and smacked him in the face. He got up(Victory to me).
"What time is it?" He groaned and I looked at the clock.
"OMG!!!!!!!!!!, Naru i'm gonna be late !" With that we both jumped out of bed and rushed to get everything together. Naru called Lin to ask for a ride as i got dressed. just as i finished brushing my teeth Naru came in looking flawless as usual which naturally earned a glare from me.(Damn he's so perfect >///<)
"Lin is going to be coming in a few minutes make sure your ready" He smiled and walked away
*HONK, HONK*Lin's car pulled into the driveway. M and Naru rushed out the house with our stuff and Lin drove me to school. I was really nervous I hadn't been to school in about 2 months and I haven't told my friends anything. Naru sensed that I was anxious. He reached over and grabbed my hand squeezing it tightly. I smiled it suddenly felt like I could do it. Not a moment later we pulled up in front of the school I squeezed Naru's hand tighter. I reluctantly stepped out the car felling gazes of curiosity and hate. Naru kissed me on the forehead and and hugged me and whispered in my ear "stay strong, I love u Mai" as soon as I heard that I turned 100 different shades of red, stand there as he drove off. After walking several flights of stairs I made my way to the classroom. I stood at the door silently staring, hesitant to open the door. For a few minutes there was absolute silence. My short debate with my internally conflicted self ended and I decided to open the door. *Click* the door was drawn open and I was met with the silent stares of my fellow classmates frozen I place as if they had saw a ghost. Suddenly I hear two familiar shrieks erupt through the entire classroom. Next thing you knew I was being squeezed by my two best friends while the rest of the class carried on with what they were doing.
"Where have you been? We were worried sick"
"What happened? When did u get pregnant?"
"Who's the father? Why didn't you tell us?"
"We missed you so much!!!!" they finally shrieked. I tell you guys later but right now can I sit down those stairs are too much and my feet r killing me.
Sorry I haven't updated In so long but highschool is kicking my butt and I am super busy with all the bullshit in my life.😭😭i hope you enjoyed this lame ass pathetic excuse of a chapter
