Rowan Blanchard is the oldest of three children. Her husband, Peyton is the youngest of two. (Not sure. Correct me if I'm wrong) The two were married in 2024, and were close friends and associates with the king and queen. A year later, Rowan had a daughter, Rosalind a few short days after the queen had Prince Lucas Thomas. For a time, there was talk of betrothing Prince Lucas to Rosalind. However, talk was dropped when Rowan's sister, Carmen was caught plotting against the throne. She claimed she wanted the daughter she would have out of wedlock to be the future queen and attempted poisoning her niece. Carmen was thrown into prison and when she was born, her daughter, Andie, was put in a orphanage, where she was later adopted by 5s. To protect themselves, Rowan and Peyton suggested that the king and queen move them down to 6s to protect them and the rest of their family, as Rowan was pregnant with a boy, whom the family named Lucas, who was unfortunately, a stillborn.

I freeze as I close up the first chapter. I had a stillborn brother. I've only known the company of my 3 year old brother, Lucas. I can vaguely remember my family at the cemetery. But either way, I could have been betrothed to Prince Lucas! But Aunt Carmen moved us down. This doesn't make sense. My best friend, Andie, is a 5, we're often mistaken for sisters. But could she be my cousin that I never knew I had?
