Yes, tama po ang nabasa niyo. Para sa mga tumatangkilik (wow) ng Book Cover Shop (kuno) na ito, pasensya na po pero I am temporarily closing it. Reasons?

1. Busy ako. I have a life, too. I am an elementary school teacher who actually teaches. 7 am to 5:30 pm ang pasok ko, kasama na ang isang oras na pag-tutor after classes. May commitments ako outside school (at hindi biro ang magbiyahe-biyahe almost every weekend) at sa family namin (I am a very family-oriented person and I'd choose family time over making covers). Writer din ako and I am trying my hardest to finish updates before my head runs out of ideas for my stories.

2. Nai-stress ako sa mga request na ang dami. Sorry, pero nakaka-off po talaga 'yung ganun. Hindi po ako machine so please take into consideration din the time I would spend in making your covers na wala namang kapalit. Ang hirap maghanap ng pictures na gagamitin sa bawat cover niyo. 'Wag naman po sanang sobrang demanding sa pag-send ng request. I am doing this out of my gratitude for my actual followers and readers at hindi para maka-gain ng votes whatsoever, so don't think of me as someone who would make you tons of covers para i-please kayo. No, I'm more than that.

3. THIS IS FOR FREE! I decided to open this shop because I love making covers--for myself and for my friends. I did not open this to please anyone, to gain followers, or be a famous cover maker. This was started na free ang bawat cover. Meaning, walang kapalit. Hindi ako humihingi ng promotion sa mga accounts niyo, a follow, a vote, or anything else. Gusto ko lang mag-share ng blessing, ng kung anong meron ako. So I guess, may karapatan akong mag-decide when to continue with this or when to end it.

So, I am temporarily closing this. That means, I may or may not continue making covers in the near future. But I assure you this (lalo na sa mga kaibigan ko rito na napangakuan ko), gagawa ako kapag sobrang free na ng schedule ko.:)

PS. Alam ko na hindi ako kagalingan sa paggawa ng book covers; I don't even know how to use Photoshop, but there's one thing I'm sure of. I put my heart in making all the book covers I have posted.
