Chapter 6

I froze. "No.." I said shaking my head , "Th-they wouldn't do that to anyone. They wouldn't do that to me. They're my best friends" I whispered.

"Nat...why do you think I even set up this road trip? You had to be here. It's the safest place to be right now. There's certain things about you that you don't even know. And if they found out about them, they would've killed you...without hesitation," he said looking me deep in my eyes. I turned away from his intense stare.

"You lied...you lied to me. The Tyler thing. He was your brother the whole time... and you... Oh you...you fucking played me!!" I spat.

"It was to protect you." His calm demeanor stayed intact, causing my blood to boil. He didn't even care.

"No! You brought it up all the time, and tried to make me forget all about it. You 'went after him' and he was supposedly "dead" but no...you played me, and I cried when I thought you died...what a waste of tears" I said shaking my head.

"I did go after him...I just can't tell you what happened after that. I tried to make you forget about him and get over it but-"

I scoffed, "How the fuck am I supposed to forget about him, when you brought me straight to him?!" I turned towards him and glared, "You know what...just get the fuck off me Aaron," I said pushing him back.

His grip didn't falter, "Natalia-"

"No Aaron! Get off of me!" I slapped him across the face, the loud sound echoing throughout the secluded space. He tensed up, and slowly looked back towards me. I froze when I saw the expression on his face. His face showed anger, but his eyes conflicted with the emotion it showed....his eyes showed sadness.

"Natalia...listen to me," he said shaking me , "I didn't mean to hurt you...hell...I never even wanted to hurt you, but this was for your own good. Sooner or later you'll realize that this was the best choice for you." his face began to soften. "I had to bring you here, because I knew the truth. I couldn't just sit back and let you live that life...you deserved better." he continued in a soft tone.

I stood there. Not even wanting to respond to what he just said. I felt his grip loosen on me, and he slowly pulled away. I walked right past him, towards the door. I unlocked it, and swung it open. I glanced back at Aaron, he stood there staring at me as a sad expression began to cover his face. I turned back around and walked out the door. Tears began to fill my eyes as I started down the hallway. I rounded the corner walking back towards Liam's room. I just hope they don't attack me with questions. I don't want to talk about what happened with Tyler or what happened with Aaron... I walked down the long hallway, stopping in front of his door. I wiped away any stray tears, and tried to look a little more...presentable. I open the door, "Whoa whoa...umm sorry for interrupting." I swung the door shut. Wrong room. I walked over to the room next to it, and slowly opened it, I sighed, "Hey Liam," I said smiling, "Where's Roxanne and Alec?" I walked in, shutting the door behind me.

"They left a few minutes ago, they went looking for you," he glanced up at me and froze. He quickly stood up. "Nat what's wrong," he said walking towards me.

"Nothing," I answered quickly, looking down.

He lifted my chin up, "It doesn't look like nothing. Why were you crying," he asked in a soft voice.

I moved his hand away and looked back down, "Were you part of the plan too," I asked through clenched teeth.

"What pl-" he stopped talking as the door opened.

"Liam, have you-" the voice stopped. I turned around and glared.

I spun back around, "So you were," I confirmed, glaring back at Liam. I  turned around, brushing past Aaron as I exited the door.
