Chapter 9

My eyes felt like they were being weighed down. I wrenched my eyes opened, and slowly sat up. I didn't really get much sleep last night. The memory from the diary kept flashing into my head. I had woken up two times in the middle of the night already. I looked over at my clock and side, and sighed... 6 am.. are you kidding me!! I slid off my bed and walked towards the bathroom. I turned on the shower. I stripped down to my bra and underwear. I walked towards the linen closet and grabbed a towel. I hung it on the side of the shower. I stripped down, and got into the shower. I sighed as the hot water ran down my tense body. I quickly washed my hair and body, then I just stood there...not wanting to ever leave this perfect paradise...where it was so quiet, I was at ease, and my whole life wasn't a mess...there was no chaos here, and I could be alone when I wanted to. I slowly opened my eyes... wait scratch that last part. I looked out the fogged up glass. I could make out a figure. I stood there... not even afraid...I was just annoyed right now. Who the hell was this person..and what were they doing in my personal paradise?! I slowly turned off the water, and I saw the figure disappear. I opened the shower door, and quickly grabbed my towel. I walked over to the sink and quickly brushed my teeth, and combed my hair. I went down to get something from the bottom sink..but I felt a pair of arms wrap around my waist. "Such a tease" he whispered in my ear. I slowly stood up, and spun around, "Ryder..what the hell are you doing in my bathroom" I asked glaring at him. "Well I was bored, and I just happened to walk by and hear your shower..so I decided to come in" he answered shrugging. "So you thought you could just walk into my room...uninvited." okay...I'm piss off right now.."Yeah" he answered bluntly. "You just messed up my alone time...because you were bored" I practically yelled. "Yep" he said popping the P, "Plus I saw what happened between you and Kade yesterday...and decided..I wanted to try it out" he whispered in my ear. I scoffed, "That was to get him to shut up...plus I don't just offer my services to anyone" I said pushing him back a little bit. "Maybe..I could offer my services to you" he said smirking. He leaned down and kissed up my neck. I tensed up...trying to push him away, but my body wouldn't allow it. He kissed all the way to the corner of my mouth, and pulled back. "I think you did something like that" he said smirking, "And this" he leaned down and kissed me. I blacked out and another memory flashed into my mind.

I looked around...everything was all white. I started to sit up, but I noticed my arms and legs were restricted. I looked up, my arms were tied to the bed. I looked down, my legs were tied too. I struggled to try to free myself from the rope, but I had no luck.

I heard the door open. My eyes shot towards the door, but my vision was so blurred...I could barely make out a face. I could tell he was very muscular though. He walked towards me, and slapped me, "You stupid, stupid girl...thinking that you could just run off, and not face the consequences" he yelled. I winced in pain. "It was better than being here with an asshole" I said as I spat in his face. He slowly wiped it off and glared at me. His hands wrapped around my neck, and he cocked me. "I wish I could kill you..but I promise I will make your life a living hell"  he said through clenched teeth.

He let go of my neck, and backed up. He walked towards the door. "I guess I'll start off by killing these two" he swung the door open. "No" I screamed. "Wait..you're right" he sliced both of their throats, and they plummeted to the ground gasping. I screamed as he stabbed them in the chest until their bodies went limp. "You killed them!! You asshole" I screamed. "No Saige...you did. And that's exactly what your little friends are going to think" he said in a low menacing voice as he walked out the door.

I came back into reality. I bit Ryder's lip, and pulled his hair. He groaned. He sat me up on the counter and placed my legs around his waist. I tensed up and pulled back, "Ryder" I sounded completly breathless... what do I do when I'm in these memories?! And does a kiss trigger the memories? It can't be...I kissed Kade it didn't trigger a memory...maybe it was just Ryder... He slowly opened his eyes, and looked into mine, "Yes" he said smirking. "What exactly just happened" I asked...okay I was curious to know about what I did while I was in the memory. He pulled away from me and chuckled, "Who knew you were such a freak" he said smirking as he turned around and went out the door. I hopped off the counter and quickly got up. I walked to my bedroom, I walked towards Ryder, and pinned him against the wall. "Round two" he questioned smirking. I glared, "Tell anyone about what just happened and your dead" I said through clenched teeth. "When have I ever been one to do that" he asked sounding just as mad as me. I blinked at him, "Listen...I don't really know you...so I don't know how you act" I said in a calmer tone. A glimpse of emotion filled his eyes, but it was gone before I realized what it was. "Get dressed..." he ordered. "What" I questioned. "Get dressed...we're going somewhere" he said in a stern voice. I eyed him skeptically before turning around and walking towards my closet.
