The Lost Children

One day there were two children lost in the woods trying to find their way home. The first one was a girl and the second a boy. They were both 10 years of age.

Then they stumbled upon a house made of wood! The boy rushed into the house and tried to eat a piece of it. The girl said, "What are you doing!?"

"Well I just read a book where a house was made of candy so i was thinking..."

"What the hell! This is not Hansel and Gretel!"

As she was speaking an old lady with rotten teeth and a black cloak appeared on the door. She said, "Well hello there. Fancy meeting children out here in the woods all alone."

The children screamed at the witch and shouted, "Ahh! It's the witch! She's gonna make us fat then eat us!"

They ran away from the lady and she said, "Am I really that ugly?"

After that the two children stumbled upon a strange frog. They ignored it at first but then it did a strange thing. "I'm a frog. A stalking speaking frog," it said.

The children was surprised and said, "You speak!?"

"No I dance.... Of course I speak!"

"Oh well then maybe we could capture you and eat you!"

"No! I would definitely advise against that."

The two children then captured the frog and put it in a sack.

They left and continued to search, but just as night was about to fall they saw a neat house with a red roof and a nice garden.

"Hey! Look! It's our home!" The boy said.

"Yeah! It is! Finally!"

They all skipped in happiness as they went to the door.

Then their mom appeared and said, "Where have you been? You've been playing in the backyard and you told grandma she was a witch when she was trying to get something from the storehouse.

The two children looked at each other and took out the frog. They looked closer and found that it was a talking toy all along.

"Well you look dirty. It's time for dinner and guess what I cooked," the mom said.

"Pie!?"

"Yes!"

"Yay!"

Then they went inside and took dinner.
