Rosalie & Emmett; Their Miracle

The Volturi Residence

It is more likely that we aren't going to come back alive. Someone's going to become hurt. Definitely something will happen.
"Rosalie, I just want you to know... If anything happens, I love you." Says Emmett as we walk through the entry of the Volturi. If my cheeks could go red they would be as red as roses. He's adorable.
"I love you too." I reply.
Alice, Jasper, Bella and Edward are in front of us. We walk through the big hallways with marble flooring to the spiral stairs. Emmett must have notice my nervousness because he whispers.
"Don't be scared."
I clutch into his leather jacket even tighter. We walk down the hallway and Heidi, a member of the Volturi, stops to look at us.
"Hello Heidi." Smiles Alice.
"Hello. Aro wasn't expecting any visitors. Should I notify him of your arrival?" Heidi glares at me. She doesn't necessarily like me, nor do I like her. When we first met, she hat an automatic hatred towards me. I'm not going to lie, so did I. I found her company unappealing. We both have enhanced beauty. It's both of our prized traits. I don't hesitate to glare back at her.
Heidi lifts her chin up and walks towards the door. The entry of where Aro, Marcus and Caius sit.
I look up at Emmett and he looks down at me. He knits his eyebrows together, in pain that we might not live through this.
Then through the same door Heidi entered, Jane, Alec, Felix and Demetri come towards us.
"How nice of you to visit us. We were going to stop by, but you've decided to come to us." Says Jane.
"Yes, I'm sure you've heard about the issues we need to discuss." Says Edward.
"Let us discuss those issues with Aro." Says Alec.
Jane, Alec, Felix and Demetri all turn their backs, showing nothing but their black coats the Volturi wear. They begin to walk and we follow them. Felix pushes open the heavy doors and we all, awkwardly, walk in. Sitting on their chairs are Aro, Caius and Marcus. Aro's eyes light up at the sight of Alice.
"What an odd surprise. How nice of you to visit, especially you Alice." Aro says in a happy tone with rhythm. Aro hasn't given up. He wants Alice to join forces with the Volturi but as long as the Cullen's are alive, he knows she'll never chose them.
"Aro, let's just discuss what we are here to talk about." Says Alice, dodging the subject of her jointing the Volturi.
"Very well then." Aro stare's at Emmett and I, with an evil grin.
"I've heard you have added a new addition to your clan."
"Yes. And she's completely innocent." I spit.
"I'd like to meet her." Aro says.
"She's not here." Says Emmett, glaring at Aro.
"Shame..." Aro sighs sarcastically, "since you've brought no evidence that the child is innocent I can not label you as innocent."
Emmett looks down at me and clutches my hand. Aro changes his gaze from us to Jane. Jane looks back to Aro and nods. Jane stare's at Emmett and utters the words,
"Pain."
Instantly Emmett was tense and his eyes started to roll into the back of his head, due to the pain caused by Jane. My mouth drops open and I scream.
"Stop! Please! Stop!" I yell. I look to Bella, stressing her to use her shield.
Bella takes a deep breath and squints her eyes, triggering her power. As Bella's shield surrounded Emmett, he stops yelling in pain. He coughs and pants. Jane looks to all of us annoyed by Bella's power. Without Her burning pain, she's hopeless. Bella smirks, still using her shield to protect all of us.
"Do you want the evidence!?" Alice yells to Aro. Aro tilts his head in confusion.
"Carlisle..." Jasper chokes. Then through the doors come Esme and Carlisle. I knit my eyebrows together, trying to make sense of this. Then I realise behind them is Emmalie. My eyes widen and I look to Emmett. He has the same look on his face. I glare at Alice. Why would she bring Emmalie!? Does she know about the danger she put Emmalie in!?
Emmalie looks tense and afraid. She's in a scary unfamiliar environment and she is only young. She looks around with a horrified look on her face, like she's almost about to cry. Then she notices Emmett and I. She sprints towards us and I kneel down to hug her. It's a relief to have her here. I missed my baby girl.
"Mummy I missed you." She whispers into my ear as she clutches on to me. I lift her up and hold her in my arms as she turns to Emmett and pecks him on the cheek.
"Such a wonderful thing to watch. Children reuniting with their parents." Says Aro in awe, although he really doesn't mean it. With the sound of Aro's voice, Emmalie leans closer into me. Carlisle and Esme stand on the left side of us.
"Although, is it a child Aro, and is it their daughter?" Caius mentions, reminding Aro of the reason we are here.
"She looks just like Emmett and I!" I defend Emmalie.
"The child is theirs." Mutters Marcus. Marcus has the power of relationship identification.
"Impossible!" Hisses Caius, "female vampires cannot accommodate a child-"
"Using specialised medical technology they can." Carlisle cuts off Caius.
Caius, Marcus and Aro look confused. Carlisle continues to explain,
"It's almost like IVF. But for vampires."
"You cannot keep creating hybrids. The are a risk to our kind." Caius states. Sometimes I wish Caius would just shut up.
"they are half-human, half-vampire. If anything, they are weaker than us." Emmett disagrees. Aro steps forward and hold out a hand, whilst walking towards Emmalie in my arms.
"May I meet her?" He asks. Emmett steps I front of Emmalie and I, shielding us from Aro. I hold onto Emmalie as she clutches onto my chest. Aro gestures to Felix. This isn't good. Emmett and Felix have always had a mutual hate for each other. Just like me and Heidi. The reason being is that Emmett and Felix both have improved strength. Felix goes to push Emmett out of the way but Emmett holds his arm there pushing Felix back onto the marble floor. I step back out of the way for Emmalie's safety. Felix jumps back onto his feet, revealing the now broken marble flooring. Emmett clasp onto Felix's neck and pushes him back on the ground, causing them to both fall on the ground. I hear Emmalie softly whimper at the sight of it. Felix rolls back up holding Emmett's neck on the floor. He then adjusts Emmett so that he is in the position for ripping his head off. I quickly place Emmalie on the floor and she runs to Esme. I run to Felix and Emmett, pushing Felix over. Felix flies across the room before he hits the marble steps leading to Aro, Caius and Marcuse's throne's. Felix glares at me as he jumps back onto his feet running towards me. I'm hopeless against Felix. Emmett steps in front of me and tackles Felix out of my way. Demetri comes from behind me and holds me with his hand cupped around my neck. I can't move. I watch as Felix once again puts Emmett in a head lock. Now Emmett and I both can't move.
"We'll take the child." Says Aro.
"No!" I grunt and attempt to stop Aro but Demetri holds me there. Emmalie hides behind Esme's leg. I can hear her whimpering. She's never seen anything like this. It must be intimidating for her.
"Wait!" Alice yells. There is a silence and everyone stares at her. Alice looks to jasper and mouths, I'm sorry.
"Take me, instead." She says. Alice drops her head. Aro has a grin from ear to ear. He looks at Emmalie then Me and then Alice. Alice holds out her hand for Aro.
"Let's be honest Aro. You want power not punishment. I can give you power." Says Alice, "just don't hurt Emmalie."
"I would be delighted to have you!" Aro holds his hand out for Alice and Alice slowly holds it, sighing at first touch.
"Alice you don't have to do this." Says Emmett, who is still locked in a head lock by Felix.
"If it means that Emmalie is safe than that's what I have to do." She replies as she is following Aro. Then Heidi escorts Alice out to the back. Alice is gone. Jasper looks in so much pain.
"You may go now, young ones." Says Aro. Felix and Demetri release Emmett and I. We all, the cullen clan, quickly leave the room. Emmett puts one arm around my waist. Before the humongous doors shut, we hear Marcus say,
"Thank you for your visit."
