Aaliyah's Point of View
The Valentine Ball. My first party in London, and Alisha wouldn't be with me. Well, apparently she was going to be there but I wasn't interested in talking to her at the moment. I couldn't believe Shehry and Adil forgave her. Still, I had to admit, she deserved a second chance.

I shot a quick text to Hussain:
Hi Hussain.

Please forgive Alisha? She does deserve a chance for her stubbornness. Bye.

- Aaliyah

I didn't even want to go, but since it was my brother's party, I had to.

Alisha's Point of View:
Honestly, now that I thought about it, I didn't feel like going to the ball. I knew love was a waste of time, but it could be a good opportunity to hang out with my friends and try to move on from everything. I needed to apologize to Aaliyah since she was going to be there too. I slipped into my purple dress and after I applied some "heavy" makeup Aaliyah used to tease me about.

After a while, I walked down the stairs and Bhai looked up from the couch.

"Wow, my sister looks beautiful," he said flashing a proud smile.

I shot him a death stare. "Okay, sorry. Hurry up now. I'll come pick you up by 11. Don't be late."

"Oh, thanks." I muttered as he opened the door and let me step outside.

"Why are you being so nice?" I asked as we walked to his car.

"Being rude won't get you anywhere, but it doesn't mean I've forgiven you completely." Bhai replied.

Aaliyah's Point of View:
I changed into my red lace dress, styled my hair in a high ponytail, and dip-dyed it amber. I thought it complemented my brown hair well.

"Are you ready, Lil?" Joy asked. Lil was the nickname my friends had given me, and Joy was the one who came up with it.

"Coming!" I yelled, glancing at myself in the mirror before heading out. We all piled into my brother's car and headed to the ball.

Alisha's Point of View
Once I arrived at the ball, I started searching for Becky. I knew they said I shouldn't be friends with her, but she was the only one talking to me properly at the moment.

"Alisha! You look so pretty," Becky said, offering me a compliment.

"Thanks," I replied, and silence fell between us.

"Has Aaliyah come yet?" I asked randomly.

"You want to apologize?" Becky raised an eyebrow.

"Yes," I admitted.

Just then, Lily strolled over. "Hey, Alisha. Hey, Becky."

"Hi," I said as we all turned to look at Aaliyah. She was laughing and chatting as if nothing had happened. Well, she deserved new friends now.

Suddenly, Aaliyah looked over and gave me a slight smile before returning to her friends. I turned to Becky, who looked annoyed. I didn't need this drama—not today.

Shehry approached us, and I smiled at him before looking back at Aaliyah, who was too busy enjoying herself. I needed to talk to her.

Aaliyah's Point of View:
I kept an eye on Alisha, curious about how she was doing, but Becky shot me a dirty look. When I glanced back for the second time, Becky still had that rude expression on her face. What was her problem?

Forget it. She was just a fake like Kylie Jenner.

Neel's Point of View:
As I scanned the room, I spotted Aaliyah all alone.
