Cyrus sighed to herself as she lagged behind 3 other ninja of the Hidden Leaf. She was younger and was wearing her old black jacket, her headband was unmarked and she wore a paper eyepatch over her right eye curving her silver rinnagin.
The 3 shnobi were all male. One of them being Tatsui who still wore the green and blue chūni outfit. The other, who was the same age as Cyrus and Tatsui, had long raven black hair and a black shirt with a tall caller and a necklace with biting gem stones around her neck and the Uchiha crest of his back. He wore his headband along his forehead and dark blue pants. Uhicha Maris was his name, who actually thought he was all high and mighty since he was from the Uchiha Clan and that he was the only Uchiha from there generation. The other man was older then the 3 ninja younger ninja wore cloths much like Uchiha Tatsui's. He had spicky blonde hair and ocean blue eyes with his headband along his forehead. Cyrus' sensei Nazamike Shoraku. He was the last of the Nazamake Clan and was even the Forth Hokag's brother.
They walked along a small dirt road with tall trees towering over there heads. They were actually in the Land of Water in enemy territory.
Maris turned around and folded his arms behind his head walking backwards while looking at Cyrus. Cyrus looked up at him a little bit meeting his dark eyes. "Is the new jhoni tired or is she just being a little lazy?" He teased with a amusing smile along his face. "Shut up" Cyrus replied with a little playful voice. He smirked then turned back around.
Cyrus sighed to herself once more. She had just become a jhoni and they had been sent to the Village Hidden in the Mist since they were still causing some trouble. And still being called the Blood Mist village.
Cyrus then stopped right in her tracks. A small gust of wind blew by making her hair move gentle in the wind. The other 3 stopped and turned to her.
"You sense someone Cyrus?" Shoraku asked already knowing the answer. Cyrus nodded looking around with her violet eye. "About 14 ninja. Up in the trees" she said in a cool clean voice. A silver kuni then appeared in her hand and she then quickly threw it at a nearby tree sticking the truck.
"Come out or I'll go ahead and kill your other friend" she said with another kuni appearing in her hand positing it at another tree trunk. It was a bluff, for the most part. She wouldn't kill the other one but just scratch him a bit.
A Mist ninja appears on the tree with the kuni she had thrown right by his head. He looked down at the Leaf ninja examining them with a stern look in his eyes. He then smirked. "Good thing we'll get rid of the last Nazamike, an Uchiha, and the Weather Dragon" he said. The ninja then puts his finger sup to his mouth and whistles loudly.
Cyrus grinned her teeth holding up her kuni. The others do the same and they form a tight circle to get rid of any blind spots. Cyrus' eyes widen seeing not 14 but 23 Hidden Mist ninja appear in the trees above.
"I-I was wrong" she questioned herself looking around at the ninja. "Cyrus" Shoraku said making her snap back to her senses. "It seems that we won't be able to escape. We have no choice but to defeat them all" Shoraku said. Cyrus and the others nodded.
Cyrus glances over at Marise and he looks over at her. They both then turn to the Mist ninja and start to make hand signs.
"Fire Style" Marise says finishing up his hand signs and holding up his hand to his mouth. "Fire Ball Jutsu!"
Cyrus dose the same "Silver Style: Gleaming Flame" she said as Marise said his. They simultaneously breath out a plum of fire, Cyrus' being silver, hitting a few of the Mist ninja. The Mist ninja then dash forward and before they knew it they were locked in combat with the ninja.
Cyrus uses her kuni to help protect herself and dose her best to knock out the Mist ninja. She then stopped in her tracks when she herd a cry of pain. She frantically looked around and what she saw made her heart skip a beat.
It was Shoraku and Tatsui. Shoraku was standing in front of Tatsui. With the Water Dragon jutsu through his chest. Tatsui was on the ground looking up at there sesnsi with eyes full of pain and shock. Shoraku shakily rose his hand and stabbed the Mist ninja who had made the jutsu killing him. The jutsu dissapred and there was just a hole in his stomach. He turned to Tatsui and said something to him with a smile before he fell backwards hitting the ground hard. Dead.
Cyrus' feet her stomach drop. She ran over to Shoraku not even paying attention to the Mist ninja around. A Mist ninja then appeared right behind her with a kuni raised ready to strike. Cyrus looked back at him with fury filling her eyes. Though what happened next shocked her. Marise appeared between her and the Mist ninja and the kuni slashed across his chest.
Cyrus stared at him with a shocked look. No! She thought seeing fall to the ground. A kuni appeared in her hand and she stabbed the Mist ninja without even thinking. She wrapped her arms around Marise and stated to drag him over to where Tatsui was. Blood stained the ground as she laid Marise down next to Shoraku's corpse. Another Mist ninja appeared behind Tatsui and locked him out though Cyrus quickly killed him before he could kill him.
She looked from Shoraku, to Marise, to Tatsui. Marise smiled at her before he's skin turned cold. Cyrus stared blankly at the ground. Tears filled her eyes. She feet a tear run down her face as the remaining Mist ninja surrounded her.
Her gaze darkened and she removed the eye patch from her right eye. Her gaze was dark and terrifying making the Mist ninja take a few steps back.
"I'll kill you all"
Cyrus jolted awake quickly siting up looking around franticly. She was in a hotel room. They were in the village that was said to hold some information on jinchuuriki but it turned out to be nothing so they had some time to them selves.
Cyrus was painting hard with sweat dripping down her face. She covered her mouth to muffle her painting not wanting Sasori and Deidara to see her like this. Her eyes were wide with fear dredging ever second of that day. She didn't even remember what happened next. She woke up with all the Mist ninja dead around her covered with blood and claw marks.
She took a deep breath calming herself down. She looked over at Deidara and Sasori who were lucky still asleep.
She grabbed her cloak that was laying next to her and then walked over to the window. She opened it and then jumped out not even bothering to get her shoes.
She sat at the vary top of a tree looking at the full moon with her cloak over her shoulders. She stared at it with a blank look still sick from the nightmare. Why do I have to go through that again.
