The truth

P.S. The names mostly have a meaning: Dis - female good, Isa - is a runa mark, it stands for ice

After the conversation with The Mirror Raveena walked down the marble hall towards her room trying to gather her toughts as a servant passed her by. He had blond hair, almost white and was dressed in a blue uniform everyone wore but there was something different about him, he bowed not once looking her way. She just nodded her head when suddenly his head shot up and he locked her gaze with his intense light blue eyes, Raveena froze. They just stared at each other for a while when he finally said " Your Highness" and walked away. Ravena couldn't help but notice how extremely handsome he was, she saw his muscles even beneath his clothes which didn't quite fit to a palace servant, they were all very chubby or very skinny. She shook her head, he was probably new or something.

She finally reached the large double doors which led to her room, she entered the room and automatically went to her writing desk, as if she had another of these stupid lessons her father insisted on, but she was stooped by a cloaked figure, she let out a small scream. " Do not be frightened" Mirror said " I came here to tell you to beware my lady, dark forces are present in the palace, the one that haven't been here for a very long time"

"What forces, what do you mean dark? Am I not one of them?"

" Your gift is not a part of this yet, they are here because of you."

"Me?" what could they possibly want from her? It was all to strange for her to figure out.

" You have just entered a world where all with magic have to chose a side, The Black or The White."

" Black or... You mean like good or evil?"

"Yes. Your mother Adisa was White but her mother was Black. Both forces will try to win you over but never forget you alone have the power to choose a side and when you have chosen you can not go back. If you choose The White Guardians you will have to obay Arngun their ruler, your father, The Black Knights have a queen she is called Dis."

" Wait my father knows about it? He has magic to? How come I never noticed? And why he never told me?"

" He has the gift of invisibility."- Of course he has, I wonder how many times has he been watching me without my knowledge? -Raveena tought " And " the mirror continue " He tought you had no powers, but he should have known when your mother died at your birth."

"I don't quite understand how this pick or choose a side works."

" At the night of a full moon you will be led to a chamber in the castle top where your father and Dis will create an orb around you. You will only be able to exit when you choose a side. You will leave the room with either Dis or Arngun. "

"How will I know which side to pick?"

" Something will make you decide I'm sure of it."

" But what happens when I have a side?"

" If you are one of The White not much will change, you will be the next queen and you will remain in the palace. "

" If I'm not?"

" Then you will have a new place to call home in The Black Part, as a Black you can't become queen to White. You won't be allowed to see or visit your father or to return to the palace as long as it is the White territory."

-How can that be? I can't leave the palace, it's my home. - Raveena was certainly not becoming Black, she decided it then and there and noting will make her change her mind.
