Raveena still couldn't believe yesterday was not a dream, it was all so unreal to her. Two days ago she was just a girl living in her father's castle and now she was a witch with powers, which she had to jet discover. She shook her head, it was all so weird, including her mother's curse or a bless, she wasn't sore which anymore.

The smell of her mother's roses carried by the wind returned her to presents.

She was standing in one of the palace gardens, the one that belonged to her mother. The place where she always ended up, no matter where she started the walk.

It had the most beautifle flowers she'd ever seen. All were planted and groomed by her mother. The wooden path she was now standing on was surrounded with white and red roses. She was about to pick one of the red roses in the bush nearest to her when someone spoke -

"Your Highnes! Your Highnes, wait!"

She turned aground and saw a palace servant running towards her, it was the one that she saw in the hall. The one with enchanting blue eyes.

" Highnes, you must not walk alone, let me join you."

He was still breading hard from the running. His eyes weren't looking at her but slightly down, that annoyed her but she had no idea why, she just wanted him to look at her the way he did in the hall.

"What is your name servant?"

"Lucian, my lady"

He was still keeping his eyes down and Raveena was really frustrated by it now.

" Why must you escort me? "

The question seemed to caught him unprepared.

" Well.. you see...hmmm... the threat is always there....and...hmm... you are the princess... and .... hmmm... "

He sighted

" May I speak freely?"

Raveena was puzzled, he was obviously lying to her but why would a servant lye?

"You may."

He was now trying to find the best words to say what he wanted

"I wasn't sent here or anything, I heard another servant say you were here so I just came. "

"Why?"

"I don't know if you remember me. We met in the hall the other day and I...I just wanted to see you again."

"Oh"

He was looking at her now and once again she was lost in his blue eyes.

"So, may I join you, Your Highnes?"

" Yes" she nodded

"And you can call me Raveena"

She walked away feeling funny and he quickly came to her side. They walked in silence for a long while. It was the tipe of a comfortable silence, the one you didn't want to break. But Raveena was to curious about Lucian not to talk.
