Was she crazy? No, she was out of her mind! After he explained what happened, she decides to have more kits! Now he felt the temptation for war, to protect the kits. His clan. His family. His once known friends.
But he couldn't! No cats respect his ideas, they always think he's just a old gray crippled clan cat! He hasn't been able to do anything but hunt! It just repeats. Over and over. But that couldn't possibly stop him. He loves Nightshade. He loves his clan. He used to love his sister. She was the reason why all this is happening, now she's going to kill his kits. He couldn't let this happen! He was going to fight in the battle that was coming.
The patrol came back with exciting news. They agreed to ally with them. Breezestar suddenly felt better. Now all he had to do was prepare Rippleclan and Breezeclan. For battle. For war. Flameclan would be unprepared. They would attack unexpectedly when they suddenly thought that they held peace. Breezestar smiled grimly. "Go and prepare Rippleclan." He then added, "fight if needed." Breezestar never felt like this. The urge to save everything, but battle was not always the answer. He had to learn that at one point. But he just had to. Breezestar does not know where he had his sudden temptation...
The patrol came back again. Whitefur stated that they said they were prepared and ready. Ready to get revenge. Breezestar ordered Whitefur, Rabbittail, Fuzzycloud, Foxtail, Leopardclaw, Stormspeed, Nightmoon, Badgerfang, Smallstep, and Froghop. He left no one in charge. He knew it was unwise, but they would have to risk it. Before they knew it, the whole of Rippleclan showed up at the camp. Breezestar stepped upon his rock. "Cats of all clans, as you know, we are about to attack Flameclan." A roar rose from the clan as if they were already attacking. "Be prepared. Together, we are strong. Together, we can overpower them. Together, we can get revenge!" The cats mews rose up to furious growls. "And make sure," he added. "Take down everything in your way." They marched out of the camp. Their pride grew stronger as they approached their territory. They then stopped. "Rippleclan, Breezeclan," he paused. "ATTACK!" Cats burst like fire down into their camp. All cats were roaring in fury. Today, scars would be shown for courage.
Breezestar leaped into war. He chose Fireclaw, one of the newer warriors. Fireclaw looked at him with worried looks, noticing that she was supposed to take down a leader. She ran away, tail between thighs. Breezestar curled his lips into a snarl as he spotted Flamestar, attacking Stormspeed. He ran to his son's assistance. He raked his claws up Flamestar's muzzle. Stormspeed looked at Breezestar, then nodded. He leaped on the bigger warrior's back. He bit into the spine hardly. Breezestar realized it was his turn. He slide under until he reached the legs. He let his jaws snap down onto them. This battle, or war, was nearly won.
