When You Least Expect It

They Find Out!

The next day was Saturday and Katy's family still didn't know where Katy was until now. It was 10:00 a.m and the whole family was up. The littlest child Karen wanted to watch t.v. The mom told her " sweetheart mommy and daddy are going to watch the news ok you can watch t.v in your room."

" Ok mommy!" Karen went to her bedroom.
She put the news on and her husband, and Kyle sat on the couch to watch thinking that Katy was at a friends. Except for Kyle he had know idea where Katy was. While they watch the news you could hear Karen giggling in the other room. Then a picture of a bus comes on the t.v screen and the words that were said shocked the family.

News: " a bus from Lincoln high school got in a car crash middle yesterday. The people in the accident didn't wake up until around 12:00 a.m. But some kids didn't wake up yet and are still trapped in the bus. Paramedics are trying to get them out right now. The kids are Alison Argo, Bennett Barns, Callie Cameron, David Downey, Holly Hollywood, Luke Lankan, and Katy Smith." Once the family heard that they were paralyzed. They snapped out of it and the mother started balling.

" My poor baby and we didn't even know we have to go!" " Kyle get your sister and get in the car we need to go see your sister!" He goes and got Karen got in the car then they were on there way to go see Katy.

At the accident: bus driver: we still haven't got all the kids out of the bus yet and some aren't even a wake still. A police officer comes up to me and says " we have one more person to get out but she is stuck." " Who is it? When are you going to get her out?" " I think her name is Katy Smith she is the only student we haven't checked the rest are all out. And we plan on getting her out soon just have to wait until the mechanics to get here."
