Mother's POV:
It's been 3 weeks since the accident and she still hasn't waken from the coma. I barley sleep or eat same goes for my husband. I don't know what to do! I'm snapped out of my thoughts by the doctor coming over with information. " Her status hasn't changed. You might have to consider pulling the plug," says the doctor. " We will think about it says my husband. I'm not shaken to speak I just want my daughter back. We head back to our seats and sit down. I call Kyle over to discuss pulling the plug on Katy. " Kyle would you please come here dear?" He walks over and puts his hands in his pockets " yeah mom, yeah dad?" I look up into his eyes. " Sweetie you should sit down we need to discuss something with you." " Ok," was his only response and then he sat down. " Darling your father and I have been thinking about pulling the plug on um... Katy's life support." " What why?" Those 2 words came out of his mouth I didn't know if I could speak anymore. " She isn't getting any better and we don't want her to suffer," says my husband. I gave him a sad look. We all felt sad and we all knew it.
Kyle's POV:
Once my parents said that. I felt like my heart stopped. They can't she can still make it she has to. I don't know what I would do with out her. And in some way I feel like it's all my fault. I want to see her at least one last time before they pull the plug. I yell as I'm going down the stairs " mom, dad I'm taking the car and going to see Katy!" "Ok sweet heart but don't be out too late you have school tomorrow," says my mom. I grab the keys, grab my coat and put it on, and put my shoes on. I walk out the door and go to the car. I unlock it and get in. I start the engine and start driving towards the hospital. Once I get there I park the car. I get out lock it and head through the front doors of the hospital. I walk down the hall to Katy's room. Once I get right outside her door. I take a deep breathe and open the door to walk in. I'm in her room as I close the door I look at her. She looks so lifeless, she's pale, hers lips are chapped, all together she just looks like shit. I walk up to her bed and sit on the chair bedside it. I take her hand in mine and look at her for a while. " Please Katy come back to us I need you we all do!" I'm crying by now as I'm just sitting there just praying for her to wake up. I put my head down and start sobbing. Then her hand twitches my head shoots up. I look at her and see her eyes open up. " Katy your awake oh thank the lord!" I hug her but she doesn't hug back I stand up. " Katy are you ok?" She looks at me her eyebrows furrowed " Who are you?"
