Vienous - adj. snow-like, resembles snow
Aureate - adj. refers to the flowery words used by poets
Haematic - adj. the color of blood
Avuncular - adj. having traits considered typical of uncles (e.g. jolly, indulgent, stodgy)
Uncouth - adj. unrefined, awkward
Chimerical - adj. imaginary, wildly fanciful, unreal, impossible
Sidereal - adj. having to do with the stars
Recidivism - n. habitual repetition of or return to criminal activity
Vitreous - adj. having the luster of broken glass
Evocative - adj. causing an emotional reaction in the listener or reader
Parlance - n. any particular manner of expressing one self
Pidgin - n. a mixture of different languages
Denouement - n. the final unfolding of a plot; the final resolution or outcome following the climax
Glissando - n. a series of ascending or descending notes played quickly so as to give the impression of sliding from the first to the last note
Immanent - adj. existing within the mind
Anaclitic - adj. dependent on another person
Vulpine - adj. like a fox, fox-like
Tacitly - adj. without words, by implication
Tenuous - adj. held by a thread, flimsy
