We began by creating fancy covers,
Making descriptions adorned with flowers,
A dream that we could endlessly write about,
A book people can't live without. We started off with the first chapter,
Those poems caused sadness and laughter,
We used words filled with deep meanings,
In order to express our own feelings.Sometimes we would write and edit,
Sometimes we would save and delete,
Pondering about what we should write,
To ensure the content is right. We lost readers and disappointment grew,
It is a phase that we all went through,
We stopped writing and started thinking,
Our dream was hard--it was not blossoming. The third chapter did not go quite well,
Readers could feel it and they could tell,
We lost hope and gave excuses,
We labelled ourselves as The Losers. We don't deny that we are envious,
Of those popular authors--The Winners,
But our ideas never stopped growing,
We are just yet to start writing.
