12. The Runway

~McKinlee's P.O.V.~

"Yes ma'am. Ok, great! Thanks, Alicia!" I smiled into the phone.

"Lily! You ready?" Brooke called up the stairs.

"Yeah! Lets go!" Lily said frantically running down the stairs.

"Oh my gosh! It's already 9 a.m. We have to go!" She panicked.

"Lily, chill your show starts at 12." I laughed.

"That's only 3 hours! It takes me at least an hour each for hair and make up!"

"Ok, get in the car, your holyness." Brooke smirked.

"The perks of being a model." I laughed getting in the back.

As we sped off, I called Austin.

"Are you coming today?" I asked.

"Yep, I'm gonna ride with one of my brothers. Apparently he's coming." He replied.

"Oh, ok."

"See you there."

"See you there." I repeated.

I didn't know he had a brother... Or brothers.

When we got to the beach the runway and seats were already set. Brooke and I walked over to the reserved area for the models friends and family.

Then I got a text.

Turn around. -Austin

I turned around and saw Austin and Ty walking towards us.

"Wait." Ty said. "This is McKinlee?!"

"You're Austin's brother?!" I asked.

"Woah... What a small world." He laughed.

"Will, why didn't you tell us, Ty and Austin were brothers?" Brooke asked as Will walked over to us.

"I thought you knew. Ty works part time at the store with me. But along with Austin and the rest of their siblings, he's an actor." Will explained.

"Wait a minute. How many siblings do you have?" I asked.

"4. All boys." They both replied.

"And you're all actors?"

"Yep." They said together, with smirks forming on their lips.

"Oh my gosh." I said putting the pieces together.

"We all are starring in the new movie-"

"Living with Four Older Brothers." I repeated.

"And if I'm not mistaken, you're McKinlee Maison?" Ty said.

"That's me." I smiled, still processing this.

"Sup, Sis." Ty smirked, slinging his arm around me.

"Wow, so you and the rest of your brothers will be playing my brothers in the movie?" I asked.

"Yep. Except for baby Austin over here. Since he's the youngest he gets another role." Ty explained.

"Your boyfriend." Austin winked.

"Well, I can honestly say I never thought my sister would be dating my brother." Ty said walking off, causing Brooke and Will to snicker.

"This'll be an interesting movie." I smiled.

"Very." Austin smirked.

~Lily's P.O.V.~

"We are on in 5!" Amy, Mr. Ollivanfer's assistant called.

Oh my gosh....

My hair was done. My first set of clothes were on. And my hair was bigger than I've ever seen it! Wow. I looked in the mirror and didn't even recognize myself.

"Hey, Lily. You look great. I love that swimsuit." Margret, my modeling friend soothed.

"Thanks."

"Ok, Lily! Get your hot self up there!" Mr. Ollivanfer clapped.

I sighed and got up. I was a bit shaky. Who wears stilettos with a bikini? Once I was used to it, I braced myself.

Woah. As soon as the blazing sun hit my skin, confidence flooded through me. I strutted the runway just like I was told. "Smile and stand tall!" Mr. Ollivanfer's voice repeated in my head.

As soon as I was done with the bright pink bikini I ran back stage, threw off my pink stilettos and ran behind the curtain to put on the Floral Victoria Secret push-up bikini! I loved this one! Once I had that one on I rushed back into line putting on the bright purple pumps.

This was so fun! I loved it! Seeing all my friends. Feeling the blazing sun on my tanned skin. Posing for all the flashing lights. About 5 bikini changes later, Amy called saying it was time to put on the finale bikini. Only me, Margret, and Hillary were in the finale. We were all wearing red, white and blue bikinis with red pumps. I had almost forgot that next weekend was the 4th of July weekend and... My birthday!

When we all walked down the runway streamers flew into the air and everyone cheered. I beamed enjoying my new job. This was amazing! I had realised that I was truly happy and having fun, for the first time this week.
