~Lily's P.O.V.~ "What are you doing here?" I asked in complete shock, stepping away from him.

"What do you mean, baby? Aren't you glad to see me?" He asked.

"Are you insane? One of the reasons I left was because of you." I exclaimed.

"Oh, babe. Come on. You know you miss me." He stated.

"Miss you?" I laughed. "I don't want anything to do with you." I spat back.

"That's a lie." He smirked grabbing my arm.

"Don't touch me!" I yelled at him.

"You weren't saying that 2 months ago." He laughed, touching me where I never wanted him to touch again.

It was beginning to become dark outside. He's gonna rape me or kidnap me and no one will see. I flinched as he pushed me against the car and whispered in my ear.

"I've missed you so much." He purred in my ear. I jerked my head away and tried to break free.

"Mason. Please. Just leave me alone." I pleaded as a tear begged to escape.

"No, I'm just getting started. You thought you could run away from me? No. I told you I would find you." He growled.

I had to think. And fast. I did the first thing that came to my mind.

"Babe... Shh... It's ok. I won't hurt you." He soothed.

I tried to pretend to be calm. When his grip loosened he backed away and looked at me. I could smell alcohol on his breath. He looks rough.

"Come on, babe." He smirked. "May I have your keys?" He asked.

"Lets go home." I smiled and looked into his eyes. "I have missed you, Mason." I winked, motioning for him to come closer.

When he smirked and obliged, placing his hands on my waist. I pulled him closer until his lips were almost on mine. Then I kneed him in the groin and ran.

"You'll pay for that, you bitch!" He gasped, wobbling towards me holding his area.

I ran and screamed for help. The parking lot was almost deserted. When I turned my head to look for other people. I saw that he was gaining on me. I was limping because when I fell earlier, I twisted my ankle. He was near me now. I limped on and turned again to look for Mason but he was already standing behind me.

"Lily. Why are you running?" He practically sobbed. "You love me." He croaked.

"No, not anymore. Loving you was the biggest mistake I ever made." My vision went blurry as I was knocked to the ground. All I could see was Mason standing over me ready to strike again.

"HEY! GET AWAY FROM HER!" Someone yelled. I was crouched in a ball, gasping for air and trying to regain my eye sight.

"How did he find me." Was all I could think about. As I heard people fighting. I wanted to get up, but couldn't. All I heard was a fist connecting with another person over and over.

"Hey! Hey!" A familiar voice yelled, from afar. It was Will. He was running towards me and whoever was now fighting Mason. I looked up for a minute to see Will pulling a guy off of a bloody and beaten up Mason. Mason took multiple punches to the stomach and face. He was still alive but gasping. The guy who had just fought him away from me was perfectly fine looking or at least what I could see clearly. And breathing real fast. Will came over to me while his friend walked away to blow off steam. I could tell he knew the boy by the way he was talking to him.

"Hey, Lily... Can you hear me?" Will asked.

"Yeah, I'm fine just a little dizzy and a busted lip. Maybe a black eye. Nothing major."

"Ok. Do I need to take you to the hospital?" He asked. I shook my head.

"No, just home." I sighed standing up.

"What happened?" He asked.

"I'll explain when we get to the beach house." When I stood up. Mason was gone. How the hell?

"Oh my god. That son of a bitch!" Will exclaimed. "Don't worry about him. He's pretty beaten up. And he's stupid to ever come near me again."

I smiled weakly as we hopped in my car and sped off to take me home. When I got home I walked inside and saw McKinlee and Brooke chilling on the couch. Brooke was all dressed up in a cute summer dress and McKinlee was wearing shorts and a tank top.

"What happened?!" They both gasped.

"Mason." I sighed sitting down in the chair. Will walked over to Brooke and sat down.

"Mason's here. In La. He found me at the supermarket. When I was coming out, I tripped and he saw me. He helped me pick up my things but when I looked up to see who had helped me, he was there smirking.

"Oh my god." McKinlee said, covering her mouth.

"Then... He slammed me against the car and touched me.." I choked out, shutting my eyes. I was remembering all the awful things he's done to me in the past.

"When he came closer for a kiss. I kneed him and ran. But he was getting closer and closer. When he reached me... he slapped me, sending me to the ground. If it wasn't for Will and his friend, who found me and beat up Mason. Then I would've been taken by him." I explained.

"That bastard!" Brooke exclaimed. "He's got a lot of nerve coming to find you." As we sat there I saw car lights out front.

"Who's that?" I asked. We heard a car door shut and someone knocked on the front door.

Brooke walked towards the door and opened it.

"Hey... I uh... Come here to talk to... Her." He said pointing towards me.

"Oh, hello. You ran off before I could thank you." I stated walking over to the door.

"Oh... well. He told me he wanted to talk to you so I gave him your address, I hope that's okay." Will stated.

"It's fine." Brooke, McKinlee, and I all said in unison.

"Well, I guess we'll leave you two to it!" Brooke smiled as her, Will and McKinlee all went upstairs.

"I just wanted to make sure that jerk didn't do anything too bad to you." He sighed.

"It's fine. I'm fine. But thank you."

"You're far from fine... Come here..." He said leading me to the kitchen. He opened our fridge as if he knew where everything was. He grabbed a towel off the counter and placed ice in it, then applied the cold towel to my lip. I smiled.

"I'm fine now. Cause I know I'm in good hands." I smiled.

"I don't think we've officially met." He smirked.

"I'm Lily." I said trying to smile, but my cut lip still hurt.

"Nice to meet you, Lily. I'm Ty." He smiled, still holding the rag of ice to my busted lip.
