I got out of bed, staring at the message with a smile.
"Morning. See ya at 1:00."
"Ok. Cant wait!" I put my phone in my pocket and walk downstairs.
"Morning honey," my mom says,"I'm making bacon for breakfast." I sit down and watch a little TV before I get ready. As I watch Full House, I eat my crispy, thin cut bacon. After I'm done eating, I walk upstairs and take a shower. It doesn't take long to shampoo my hair because I have a crew cut.

When I'm done with my shower, I get dressed. I decide to wear a red plaid shirt and jeans. I check my phone. Plenty of time left. I can't believe this is happening! I sit in my room and play Minecraft for a little. I decide to build a mansion out of TNT. God! I'm such a nerd! When I get bored of that, I go downstairs and watch some more TV. I flip on The Big Bang Theory. It's the episode where Sheldon, Raj, Leonard, and Howard learn to fence. As I watch the episode all I can do is think about Dylan.

About an hour later, I hear a knock on the door. I walk to the door and open it. Standing there, is Dylan.
"Hey," he says.
"Hey let me just grab my coat."
"OK." I grab my coat and then we walk to the car. He opens the door for me and we both sit in the back. When we get to the theater, we get out of the car and watch his dad drive off.
"OK let's go get the tickets," he says. We walk in and get in line.
"What are we seeing?" I ask.
"Up to you."
"How about a horror movie?"
"Sure. There's The Visit."
"OK. Let's see that."
"Hi, how can I help you?" the theater attendant asked.
"Can we get two large drinks and a large popcorn?" Dylan asks.
"Sure. That'll be $12.10." We fill our cups and put butter on our popcorn. We then walk to the screen that it's playing on. The movie starts shortly after. We soon realize that it's more of a comedy then a horror movie. We watch it anyways, laughing as the grandma runs across the hallway and scratches a wall naked. Slowly, our hands move towards each others. When they finally touch, he grabs my hand, our fingers intertwining. We sit there, hands together, for the whole movie.

When it's over, we walk out of the theater together. All of the sudden, he grabs me and pulls me around the corner. He looks at me with a look of worry on his face.
"Whats wrong?" I ask.
"Colin and Ryan are buying tickets."
"What are we going to do? If they see you with me, they'll beat you up."
"I say we just walk out. If they beat us up, it's because they are intimidated by our love."
"Are you saying you love me?"
"I guess I am." We stare into each others eyes and he leans in for a kiss. Our lips touch as my heart beats faster. He puts his hand on the back of my neck and slightly opens his mouth. His tongue slides into my mouth. I can feel my heart thumping faster than ever before while my body trembles all over. When he pulls away, we both smile. We go back around the corner and down the hall we see Colin and Ryan holding hands. I take out my phone quickly and take a picture. Ryan looks at Colin as Colin is talking and they both laugh.
"We need to go see that movie!" I say.
"I don't think I have enough money."
"We don't need it follow me." We walk into theater right behind them. "Put your hood up," I tell Dylan, "and follow my lead. I put my hood up and duck my head down a little as we walk up the stairs. We sit in the row right behind them.
"What movie is this?" I ask.
"I don't know some chic flick I think." As the movie starts I realize it's not a chic flick but it's actually Fifty Shades of Grey. Shortly into the movie, Colin puts his arm around Ryan. I take a picture so I can show Jessica. A little bit later Colin turns to Ryan and Ryan looks towards Colin. They lean in for a kiss. I take a picture and almost die of laughter.
"Come on, let's go!" I whisper to Dylan. Apparently, I don't whisper quietly enough because Colin and Ryan turn around quickly.
"Dylan, James!" they yell in unison. Dylan and I run down the stairs laughing. Luckily, Dylan's dad was waiting in the car. We jump in the back and tell him to step on it. As we start pulling away, we look out the back and see Colin and Ryan standing there on the curb, yelling. Dylan and I look at each other and start laughing. My heart is racing from the adrenaline. They drop me off at my house and Dylan gives me a little kiss goodbye. I go to my room, close the door, and collapse onto my bed. I can't help but smile. "Can life get any better?" I ask myself.
