After lunch, the Fudo siblings spent their time packing and waited with the Ketchum family at the train station. Delia had called Mo and told her that the kids would be taking the night train tonight and they should be reunited with her very soon.
"Then Atticus and I will be at the train station to pick them up." Mo answered.
"That sounds good," Delia smiled. "Have a safe travel. Talk to you later."
"Likewise." Mo then said before hanging up.
"It sure was fun visiting Pallet Town." Estelle smiled.
"Yeah, I think this was better than the adventure we had with Ash and Emi before." Akito agreed.
"No way, nothing can compare to saving the world." Estelle said.
"You said it." Vincent agreed.
The train whistle was heard and an incoming train came. The doors opened and the people on it were on their way out as the conductor came out by the doors with his pocket watch.
"Well, as always, it's been a pleasure seeing you guys," Emi smiled to their friends. "Call us as soon as you can."
"We sure will." Estelle said.
"Before we leave, there is something that I have to do first." Akito said before looking to Emi.
Vincent and Estelle gathered their bags together and waited anxiously, luckily they had time before everyone else would be all off and the train would start loading up again.
Emi blushed to Akito. "Yes...?"
Akito then did the one thing that he's been dreaming of doing since he met Emi and which was kiss her. Emi's eyes widened, she was not disgusted, but just surprised. Estelle and Vincent saw this, they were both shocked, but also very happy for Akito.
Emi blushed even more once the kiss was finished and her smile grew a little bigger. "Wow..." she giggled bashfully.
"I've been wanting to do that for a long time." Akito smiled.
Emi smiled sheepishly, feeling very flattered by that. "I've wanted you to do it for a long time..." she admitted.
"All aboard!" the conductor called.
"Goodbye, Akito, have a safe trip home." Emi quickly hugged the boy one last time.
Akito smiled to her, once he grabbed his bags, he then went to the train, joining his brother and sister on the railroad back home.
"Akito and Emi sitting in tree, K.I.S.S.I.N.G~" Ash sang, playfully teasing to his sister.
"Hey!" Emi called him out.
Ash chuckled to her, not being able to help it. Emi began to chase after Ash as he continued to sing the song again, except including first comes love and the comes and marriage and then comes a baby in a baby carriage. Delia and Satoshi sighed to their children, but smiled to them.
"Well, at least we don't chase each other, right?" Vincent asked, seeing his younger siblings weren't in their seats and were now chasing each other. He sighed, Estelle was doing the same thing to Akito that Ash did to Emi. "This is going to be a long train ride..." he muttered to himself as he looked out the window and they were now leaving Pallet Town until their next adventure away from home.
"I'm gonna get you!" Akito called out while chasing his twin sister.
"Try and get me!" Estelle giggled.
"Oh, you can bet on it!" Akito called out.
Estelle laughed.
"Children..." Vincent sighed, rolling his eyes a little, but kept looking out the window which made his eyes feel heavy and he started to drift off.
