My brothers hiding something?!?

We All Go Home Sooner Or Later

The rest of the time we were in Vegas was spent clubbing and sleeping. We left really early Sunday morning. It was a long car ride but we finally got back at about 11 AM. We went straight to my brothers house to pick the kids up.

"ALEXIS!!!" Emma screamed running to me. She hugged me so tight I honestly thought she was trying to kill me.

"Wow hey Emma."

"They got Nathen!!!! They got him!" she started crying into me shoulder.

"Who got him... whats going on Emma?"

"These men came and took him awayat around 6 this morning... then they brought him back...." 

"What do you mean they brought him back?' I was starting to cry too. I thought I knew what she ment.

"They brought him back and put him on the porch. HE WAS DEAD ALEXIS... they killed him!" Carter tenced up. I could feel him put his arms around me.

"Oh my god!" i ducked into Carters chest as i started balling. I couldn't belive it. Nathen is dead.

"Emma did you call the police?" Carter spoke silently.

"Yes! But you guys don't understand how hard this is for me... I found out a few months ago that I-I was.. I was pregnant! I didnt want to tell anyone because of what happened to Alice!"

"OH MY GOD!" I couldn't help but scream. I slowly fell down. It wasnt long before I was sitting next to Carter on the side walk.

"Mommy?" I heard Shaneys little voice call from beside Emmas car.

"OH my baby!" I rapped my arms around her small shivering bodie.

"UNKLE NATE IS GONE MAMA!"

"I know sweety I know."

Carter ran over to where Darcey and Foster were and picked them up and held them. He was so scared. I think we all were.

*** 5 MONTHS LATER ***

We were at thehospital waiting for Emma to come out. She was getting her altrasound done. I was after her. It turns out I was allready 1 month pregnant when we went to Vegas. So I am now 6 months pregnant and not showing at all. well I am just starting to now but not last week.

"Alexis, it's your turn." boy haven't heard that i a while.

Me and Carter got up and went in. The children were all with Carry. I was very happy I was having another baby. I told Nathen that i would name it after him if I had another baby. It was in his will.

We had all gotten over his death ok. We didn't show we were sad anymore. Well Emma did but who can blame her, shes a pregnant widow. They had gotten married 2 weeks before we went to Vegas. Now Emma has to have the baby all by herself.

"Ok now you remember how this works don't you Alexis?" the docter smiled.

"ya." he put he blue gel on my stomache and went right to work. I know i have done this like 7 times already but it's still pretty cold.

"well there it is." the sound of its heart played in my head. i smiled up at carter. he did the same at me.

"do you know if its a bot or a girl yet?"

"what did you say you were naming it?"

"Nathen"

"Well I hope you are ok with your new little girls name being Nathen then."

"yes we certainly are!" i smiled at carter. he looked at me excited. We were hoping it was a girl.

the docter handed us our things and we left.

"god i hope i dont ever have to go back there again after Nathens born."

"areed" we smiled at each other.

when we got home after getting the kids we went up to the door.

Carter was the first one to get there. 

"STAY BACK"

"Why?"

"Whats going on?" Emma climbed out of the car.

"JUST CALL THE POLICE NOW ALLY"

I grabbed my phone and dialed 9-1-1.

"here"

"WAIT IN THE CAR"

"ok" we all got back in the van. not long after the police and everything came. They spent some time doing what looked like CPR on something on the porch.

"Alexis what is going on?"

"I don't know..."

After a while they brought out a stretcher with a black bag. Thenn they loaded the thing on our porch into it. IT WAS A DEAD BODIE!!!

"OH MY GOD!" I screamed and covered the kids faces.

Carter was crying. It was his brother.

"OH MY GOD!!!!!" I told Emma to keep my babys in the car as I went out to Carter.

"Baby come here." he leaned into my shoulder and kept crying.

*** 4 MONTHS LATER IN THE DELIVERY ROOM (ALEXIS IS AVING NATHEN) ***

"OH MY GOD WHERE IS CARTER!!!!!!"

"Right here baby. I am right here"

"I'M GONNA DIE!"

"NO you wont just calm down babe"

"ok ok ok ok ok AHHHHHH"

"PUSH ALEXIS!"

1 HOUR LATER

"ITS A BOY!!!" EMMA SCREAMED.

"NO MISS IT'S A GIRL"

"then whats that thing?"

"oh never mind."

EXACTLY 5 YEARS LATER

"MAMA COME SEE WHAT FOSTER DID" Shaney yelled pulling me out to the back yard. When I got out there there was a big card made out of newspaper sitting on the lawn. On the front of it it read "to naythin we lov yu".

"what do you think mom?" i heard fosters little voice coming out from under the card.

"i think its great baby come here." i said picking him up.

"who is ready for dinner" i heard carter yell from in the kitchen.

 "me me me"

"me too"

"me daddy!" yelled Shaney, Darcey, and Foster as they ran into the kitchen. I turned around to see little Nathen pulling on the bottom of my shirt. She was so adorable with her light brown hair and a little bow wearing Shaneys old yellow sun dress.

"Mum?"

"yes sweety"

"I love you." she said blinking hard and smiling big.

"I love you too nona" we all call her Nona instead of nathen, because it sounds girlier.

"can we eat out here" she said pointing down at the ground.

"of course we can baby" i picked her up and brought her in with me. 

when we got in i set her down and looked out the window. as i went to get my dinner i caught a glimps of something. it was NATHEN! I looked back. He wasnt there. I dissmissed the thought and went and got dinner with the rest of the family.
