Why does school have to be so boring? I mean, all we go there for it to be ready for "the future" they never do anything about the now...

"No sleeping in class Miss Lopez,"
"Why are you late to school again!"
"If only your parents knew how poorly you've been acting,"

That last comment... Definitely the worst. I am tiered because I'm looking after a restless 5 month old, I'm late to school because due to the fact I have no car I'm walking 3 miles to school, and yes, my parents are looking down on me, desisted, horrified, ashamed and all I do while I'm at sucky school is punch my locker and blackmail half the Cheerios. I just,

"Santana..." Something's on my shoulder, "Can you come into my office please," I know that soft voice all to well, Emma. Oh joy, oh joy, I'm sooooo bad now that I'm speaking to a shrink.

Ok Santana, lift your head up and scan the room. Let's start at the right, let's see... Mr Shue (ok, not too bad) Emma at her desk, Sue (F#^%), Figgins (Oh dear god) Beast, Wait a minute... Brittany and Maria???????? Oh god... an intervention!

"Take a seat," I want to run out of this room soooo badly. Brittany's giving me a sorry look which doesn't help,

"Britt, honey. What did you tell them."

"Nothing, I was about to ask you the same thing," I can now feel my eyes, glaring, into the back of Shue faces big head. I'm scared...

Sue breaks a long silence, unfortunately, "We all know about your parents Santana..." I feel sick! Is this sweat, or tears poring down my face? How? How on earth do they know. That wasn't my intentions.
"How?" I can hear the soft, little girl voice slip past my mouth,

"A journalist, somehow, got hold of the post mortem results and put it in the Lima news paper... I'm so sorry," the beat of my heart is getting heavier. After Shue stopped talking Sue handed me my old Cheerios uniform?!

"Why Sue?" I'm so ever so confused. Too much is happening.

Sue comes over and bends down to my level, "Because I didn't know you left practice because your parents just died," Sue being caring? I, I can't,

"Wait San!" Brittany now has her un-cut nails, deep, into my bones. I slowly walk back to my chair, signalling to Britt that I want to hold Maria, after all, this is the first in forever she's not screaming at the top of her tiny lounges.

I can now feel Maria, snuggling into my warm embrace, waiting, for what there gonna say next...

To be continued 😵😵😵
