The girl who became the ocean;

There are some people who are made up of more than just skin and bones,
Who aren't just the blood in their veins,
You were one of those people.
You were strong and beautiful and free and mysterious and deep.
You were the wild waves,
The mysterious depths,
And the gentle calm shore.
You were the ocean.
You were a riptide,
You pulled me out,
And you drowned me.
You drowned me in your depths,
You drowned me in your loud laughter,
You drowned me in your adventurous personality,
You drowned me in your soul.

And I couldn't be more grateful.
