Kian's POV

The movie ended, and the end credits proceeded to play.
"Marisa," I turned my head to her.
"Yeah," she stood looking at the TV.
"Do you think the fans already know about Siera and I, and JC and you?" I put my attention back to the end credits, and listened for her voice.
"Um, I'm not sure. Why?" She asked.
"Did you know people are already shipping and hating on you and Siera?" I questioned.
"How?" she became confused.
The Ask Kian video, had only 3 nonYoutubers in it, and I forgot to mention that they're only friends to avoid any nonsense. But with genius fans against an idiot like me, I honestly think they'd find out either way.
"They comment under my Ask Kian video all-"
"Wait, what's in the video that'd make them assume that? I can't remember, oh no," she panicked.
I sat up to face her, but Dr. Jefferson entered the room, with the nurse from earlier close behind.
I smiled at them, then looked over to Marisa mouthing we'll talk later.
"He's not up?" The doctor laughed, to what sounded to me, was fake.
He placed his clipboard down, walked over and squirted hand-sanitizer in his hands from the dispenser on the wall, and rubbed his hands together.
Marisa looked over at me confused. I can tell we were both wondering if he was supposed to be up. I began to grow nervous.
"Yeah, he's still asleep. Didn't you say 30 to 45 minutes though?" Marisa observed JC's face, just by moving her eyes as she continued to lay propped by him.
"Uh, yes, its been 55 minutes already, I believe," Dr. Jefferson informed like we were supposed to already know, but looked down at his watch to make sure, nodding his head.
"What does that mean?" Is this good or bad? My heart dropped only half way, and sped up a little because I didn't exactly know what was happening. I started bouncing my legs, eager to hear the full story.
"Its not bad. We just estimated when he'd be up, well when we hoped he'd be up. We just have to give him like 8 more minutes and if he isn't up then, we can just wake him ourselves," the nurse checked JC's IV as the doctor explained.
"Oh okay, I was getting worried," I let out a sigh of relief.
"Honey, no need for that. We got him in our care," the nurse interrupted in her high, light southern accent and flashed a smile at me.
"So in the procedure, Justin did very good. We just had to put his tibia and patella tendon in place, we weren't able to snap them through his skin back in their place. That'd mess up his veins, and most likely rip his tissue, which is why we suggested the operation. His ankle also twisted about a fifth back and to the right, but with that we were able to just twist back. With his arm, we gave him six stitches for his cut which was three inches long, it seemed to be cut by something really sharp, this object had to have been thicker than a knife. He has more scrapes on his left bicep, and one above his eyebrow, we patched those up for him." He described, rubbing his mustache, and pointing to each injury as he spoke of them.
"Justin is a very strong, these injuries are extremely painful, and he didn't act as most patients I would assume to, this hurt," he smiled widely to us, trying to make us proud of JC.
He spoke only a little longer before leaving and coming back within minutes.

Marisa's POV

"JC you gotta wake up," Kian stood next to the bed and talked, hoping JC heard him.
Disappointed when he received no response, he turned around and went to the bathroom. I adjusted myself to sit up, and just focused on JC's features. At this moment, it felt like it was just us, and I wanted him to wake up so desperately. I glared harshly at his eyelids, praying they'd just start to flutter open already.
In the back of my mind, everything from today started playing. I thought back to cuddling next to him for those few hours. His very satisfying natural scent, his warm body around mine. The feeling of his curls against my forehead when I layed my head next to his and looked into his dreamy eyes. And the the feeling of his jaw on top of my head when I hid my face in his neck, just enjoying his company and protection. It was too hard to hold back my smile, so here I am with a dorky smile staring at such a beautiful being. At this time, when I should be sad, JC still has me the most happiest girl, in our worst times.
Moments later the toilet flushed, and JC still wasn't woken up. I needed him to be up before Kian returned, I was so eager. My heart started racing, before I knew it I quickly kissed JC's lips. There was no reaction to him. I pulled away, then did again, and again, and again, but he didn't budge. I could hear the sink turn off, and shortly after Kian walked out the bathroom, closing the door behind him.
"Nothing?" he blankly looked down at JC.
"Nope," I started to get up from the bed, when I felt JC's hand tighten on my waist. I turned my head fastly, JC stood with his eyes remaining shut, but a smirk upon his lips.
"Babe!?" I held the side of his face gently in my hand, and a tear dropped from my left eye.
If only I could just hug him so tight, and tell him its okay.
