Chapter 14

An update after a long long time!

"Ginny! Ginny! Please listen to me...I did not mean any harm. Come back Ginny!"

"Eliza......you are forever mine..."

"You have come into this world with a reason, to prevent further destruction. I know you can do it...."

Dreams...faces...people....sliding in and out of the reality and dreams.

Eliza tossed and turned in her bed that night. She saw her parents, her friends and also Harry in her dreams but what she saw didn't make any sense to her. 

"ELIZA!!!!!! WAKE UP!"

She gasped and immediately sat up in.....class.

"I did not expect this kind of behavior from you Ms. Jones. Really, sleeping in class? " Professor Snape was smiling at her cruelly."Well, well, well...I guess our Miss Perfect is not getting enough sleep due to her own private problems that she does not want the world to know. Fifty points from Gryffindor for indisputable behaviour!"

Tears sprang into her eyes but she brushed them away hurriedly; she did not want Harry to see her cry or think of her as a soft-hearted person. 

Later, in class, something hit Eliza at the top of her head. She bent down to pick it up and found that it was a small ball of paper. The handwriting was Hermione's. 

"Eliza,

Just wanted to ask you whether you are allright. I mean, I don't know whether you have noticed or not, but you have deathly black rings under your eyes and your face is pale. Are you getting enough sleep? If you wanna talk, come over to me tonight and you can share anything if you want to.

Love, Mione."

Eliza quickly took permission and escaped to the washroom to splash water on her eyes. There, she made a resolve to go to Hermione that night. But the question was, would she believe her story?

I know this is a very short chapter but believe me, I'm not getting any time at all. What with exams and other stress. I'll try to update a long chappie next time. Thanks for all your support!
