Isolated? Maybe not.

This Isle is like a destination of visit for all oldies and nature enthusiasts. It feels so foreign here that I feel like an alien.

The place is beautiful, indefinitely. But it looks like a place where one would spend their holiday with family. And is way different than New Jersey. Polars like expected. This place gives me 'apple picking with granny' vibes.

I let out a deep sigh as I put on a pair of jeans and simple grey crop top for school today.

First day of school, can't imagine how it'll be.

Not judging but seeing this place I feel like the people here will be more like tacky freaks.

Gosh, I miss America already!

Checking the time I headed for school. I picked the pamphlet which Mom had handed me. 'Ryde private school: Dare to soar' LAME.

The sun shone radiantly and the gentle breeze of the sea which I was passing by hit my hair making them dance at my temple. This place looked so cheerful, felt like everyone was having a picnic. But boring one, with adults and lame conversation on how funny was Aunt Maggie while handling her dogs.

The school which was supposedly 5 minutes long from my place resulted in 15 minutes actually. Not that I'm complaining, I'm honestly freaked out by this place and can't imagine what peeps in school would be like.

But anyways I reached school. And the first thing I said when I did was 'stereotypical' . Three were geeky nerds with those big nerds, a typical bike-rider-typish roadkill, buzzing cheerleader, psyched up fangirls squealing about the new video of whosoever and the list went on. Stereotypically stereotypical.

I stared at the hallway for sometime where everyone was excited to be back and start a new year and shits on and on. Yeah, that's what I heard.

I rolled my eyes and headed for the main office. As I got there I saw an old bald man sitting behind a desk with a plate with his name Mr.Dickson. Humour me.

The man seemed to be aware of my presence and asked, "You are..?"

"Uh. Thalia, Thalia Edwards, new student from New Jersey, the states."

"Oh yes yes, Miss.Edwards, welcome to Ryde Private School. I am Mark Dickson, your principle. This is a set of rules and regulations that will have to be followed by you in order to be a part of this institution and this is your schedule for the days. I think everything is quite clear in this list, activities and so on but if you find yourself in need of help you may contact any teacher. Hope you enjoy your year here. Have a good day." , he said in a heavy British accent.

"Thank you sir, you too." , I replied as kindly as possible but yeah miserably failed so I just got out from his office and walked to my first class which happened to be English.

Thanks to a cute look girl in a sunday-school-dress type of dress I got to my first class on time. Maybe even early than many which gave me an advantage to choose a seat. But not giving it much of a thought I chose the corner row and the third last seat. Don't ask why. As the time passed kids filled most of the seats. Finally a blonde dude with a smug smile came and sat in front of me. Seriously? Okay, for starters, I don't even like blondes, now don't get me wrong, nothing personal against them but I just don't.

As if heavens didn't feel enough, another blonde guy with a huge smile sat beside me. He looked at me and smiled more. I tried to smile at him but I'm damn sure it was a weird smile which was not so smiley. And then he just stared at me with a creepy smile. Okay... what? This school is creepy as f.

The teacher then entered and as per usual have us some boring introduction speech. Time passed as slow as it could. It almost felt as if moving to that second hand of the watch was gargantuanly painful. I didn't even know it was possible it was possible to yawn trillion times in a single period. But what felt like forever consequently ended, which I was heap loads thankful for.

Not wanting to make any conversation with any dorks here I hurried to get out but as I passed I felt someone smack my ass. I turned around with wide eyes.

The blonde guy who sat in front of me gave me a smug smile and said, "Damn, you got quite some thang"

CREEPY PERVERT WEIRDO.

I just rolled my eyes at the pervert and hurried on. I am so not sitting in front of that douche ever again! But as I walked I felt someone call someone. Honestly, I was freaked out already so I didn't even bother to turn around. But I felt someone approach me as I turned I met the baby blue eyes of the blonde with the huge smile who sat beside me. Now what, I thought.

He gave me another smile and in return I gave him a bored face. "Hey I'm Niall. New here, aren't we? Actually, I'm the President of the Student Body so on behalf of the whole Ryde Private School I wanted to welcome you. Well it's not just because Mr.Dickson told me to but even I joined this school in the Sophomore year so I know what it feels to be in a new school but anyways, people here are good. I'm sure you'll make many friends. You can come with me for lunch if you want. Also you can join the extra classes you know. You're very pretty so maybe drama? I'm there too." He said.

"You shitting me?" I replied.

To say I was freaked out was a completely less to what I was. I was beyond freaked out. Were all the people here belonging to Sunday School? No judgements to the people who do but, seriously? This Niall dude was like a bubbly freshman talking to this crush or someone.

"What?", he said laughing in a confused way.

"What ever you heard." I said rudely and walked past him.

This place is full of weirdos.
