The young girl hurried through the woods. She was stumbling and clumsy as she ran, and was clutch her left should from underneath her black cloak.
All the thoughts of the events she had just lived though spun around in her head and her heart was racing. It was slowly turning to stone, filling with sadness, anger and hate. She stopped, frozen in pain, and turned back.
'I'm sorry!' She screamed, tears rolling down her cheeks. She clutched her arm again and ran, ran as fast as she could.
'I've got to get away from here, far away,' she thought to herself. She became lost in her thoughts and after hours of continuous running, the girl found herself falling dizzy. Suddenly she tripped and fell. She had no time to throw her arm out to save her, and she hit the ground hard, with a loud thud. She closed her eyes and winced in pain, but looked up with heavy eyes to see the bright lights of a city, just a few miles ahead. She smiled weakly.
'Finally,' she whispered and closed her eyes.
She dreamt of her father, the only one she'd ever loved and trusted, the one who was her reason for existence, and now he was gone.
'Terra,' she thought. 'Dad, please don't leave me,'
