Author's note: I'm sorry, but there are going to be a couple things here and there that probably (certainly) didn't exist in the 800's, so just deal with it okay? Attack on Titan seemed like a more advanced universe anyways, so yeah. And some characters might seem OOC but whatever.

---------------------------------------------------------

"Her name's [Y/N]" According to some her and her family know the secrets to what's in Jeager's basement,'' Commander Erwin said, breaking the silence at the breakfast table. He threw a picture of [Y/N] on the table, both Levi and Hanji leaning forward to examine the girl. Levi snatched the photo before Hanji could, observing it. It was a child, she looked to be around 10. She wore a big smile and her [E/C] eyes shined even through the black and white picture. She was a beautiful little girl.

''Tch. Are you planning on looking for this girl? For all we know, she could be dead,'' Levi quarreled, throwing the photo back at Erwin.

''Yes, Levi, I am planning on looking for her. With her, we can be one step closer to knowing the mysteries of the titans. We are dangerously low on knowledge of them and she will certainly help,'' Erwin argued back, causing a scowl to form on Levi's face.

''And you Hanji, any words on this?'' Erwin asked as he focused his attention on her and not the scowling midget beside him. ''No, not at all! I can't wait to learn more about the titans!'' she exclaimed, grabbing the photo, folding it and placing it safely in her back pocket. She jumped out of her seat and skipped out the door, ''Let's go!''

Levi got up and dragged himself out the door. He really didn't feel like handling another brat that day, all he wanted was just a little tranquility and relaxation, but there's no way in hell he could ever achieve that. With his live style, it was something too far from his reach, along with the rest of the Survey Corps. He hoped for the best, maybe this time it'll work out decently.

TWO HOURS LATER;

''Erwin! it's been hours and we still haven't found her. I told you, she's dead. Now let's head back,'' Levi yelled out to the commander who was far ahead from him and Hanji. They have rode around most of the town, asking people about [Y/N] and asking for directions to her home. But, Levi has been in despair for the past two hours, annoyed to death, he was kind of confused at himself as to why he felt so frustrated at his task. He could handle almost everything, but looking for that girl was just something he simply didn't want to do. Maybe it was because he knew he would end up having to handle her, or he was just getting old...

''Oh come on Levi, we've gone to expeditions that have taken up to a week and you can't handle two hours searching for one girl? We'll find her soon, don't worry'' Hanji replied as she rode ahead of him. ''Your horse should be the one complaining, not you!'' She shouted behind her shoulder, making sure Levi could hear. Horses can't speak shitty glasses, He thought.

They arrived at the supposed house of [Y/N] and hopped of their horses, almost synchronously, and walked towards the door. Erwin lightly knocked awaiting for someone to awnser. Seconds passed and no awnser. A minute or so: no awnser. Levi loudly sighed and walked in front of the rest, now in front of the door. Frustrated, he loudly banged on the door, causing a dent in it. ''Calm down Corporal,'' Erwin whispered.

''I have no patience for this,'' Levi growled, ''I'm pretty sure you've already figured that out by now'' he finished. As he was ready to walk away, the door opened, a beautiful young girl standing there. All three looked at her in awe, many things swirling through their minds. Who is this girl? What is she doing at this house? Wrong house maybe? She kind of looks like the girl in the picture... There's no way she's the girl in the picture.
