Park/After Leaving

Harry's POV:

While Kaelin and I walked to the park, the sounds of the busy roads disappeared. Our laughter was all I could hear, and I wasn't complaining. The road came to an end and we walked into the park.

There was a large fountain in the middle of the field and bright trees in the corner of the grass.

We took a seat along the edge of the fountain and talked for about 10 minutes without a breath. Though I've only known her for a little while, I feel like we've been friends from an early age.

I glance down at our hands. So close, but so far. I lift mine slightly from the marble and inch it over to hers. She doesnt seem to notice. Her mind must be in another place at the moment.

Our hands brush slightly and she jumps a bit, shocking her out of her daydream. She looks down to where we touched and takes hold of my hand, softly. She smiles and intertwined our fingers. I don't want this to end..

Beau's POV:

I shove my hands in my pockets just thinking about.. umm... 'Shit' I whisper to myself. I never caught her name...

My brother Jai ran up to me. "Hey man. C'mon." He slapped my arm and I followed close behind.

My stomach felt light. Like it was filling with helium. Meanwhile, my chest felt heavy and hard, like the pressure grew tremendously, since I met her.

I've never felt like this before... But... I kind of... liked it. I smiled to myself hoping she'd text. or call. or just, I don't know. something. I miss her already. I wish she was back in my arms. I felt like I could be myself around her. Like I could do anything.

I joined Jai in the car and jumped in the passenger seat.

"So why are you down here?" He questioned.

I shrugged, raising my shoulders just an inch from the bottom of my ears, then releasing. "I'm not really sure. just needed some air... or something like that..."

"How'd you find me anyway?" I questioned curiously.

"Just drove around until I saw you. which wouldn't have taken long, since you couldn't have walked very far." he stated. "Just wanted to check on you, bro." he added.
