Ava POV
"TJ I can't thank you enough for helping my sisters, seriously." I just about cry to him.
"If it makes you happy, I'm more than happy to help you." TJ smiles at me and pecks my lips.
I haven't heard anything from Armery since she moved in with his aunt, I guess she's happy there. I want to text her and ask her about how its going but I want her to get to know the lady cause she's going to be there for awhile.
"Got something on your mind?" TJ asks. I forgot he was even here. I put my head down and smile.
"No hon, just wondering how my sister is. It's been awhile." I explain.
"She hasn't contacted you yet? Uh, Ava I don't mean to scare you or anything but my aunt called me and you need to talk to your sister." He says worriedly. I nod, it's been about a month since I last talked to her. I picked up my phone and called my sister. The phone rang forever, I thought it was gonna go to voicemail.
"Hello?" The other line picks up.
"Uh, hi is Armeriana Tomas available." I use her full name, I haven't used it in years. We just call her Armery for the same reason I like to just be called Ava. She decided at a young age (5 to be exact) that Armeri would look "nasty nasty" compared to Armery.
"One second." The lady says. Who the hell is she? Oh probably one of the other foster kids.
"Ava!" Armery screams on the other line.
"Armery, hola chica! I miss you. How are you? How is it? How's your foster mom treating you?" I ask her a million questions in a row.
"I miss you too hermana. I'm good, it's nice and uh she's treating me pretty good." She says mumbling something at the end.
"I'm sorry I didn't catch that." I say. She takes a deep breath and repeats what she said.
"I said she's treating me good, considering she is my uh, birth mother." She speaks breathing hard and I can't even speak. My throat goes dry.
"What?" My voice cracks.
"My birth mom, it's her Ava!" She says. She sounds so happy. I smile and shed a tear. I don't know what to say. I can't say anything to her, at the moment I am between happy and envious of her.
"Uh, that's good Armery. I'm so happy for you." I tell her. Tears are streaming down my face. "I have homework so I have to go. Te amo chica. Buenos Noches." I tell her.
"Love you too, and don't cry. Your mom will show up soon too." She says. I smile and press the end button. I look to TJ and he gives me a sad smile. I can't help it, I start to cry even more. He comes to me and holds me. I cry in his arms until I fall asleep.
3 Weeks Later
I can't help but to stay in my room after hearing Armery's news. I haven't left my bed for school or to go to the mall or anything. I only get up to brush my teeth, shower and us the bathroom. I hear someone knock on my door.
"Enter at your own damn risk." I scream at the door. TJ soon appears.
"Hey, how are you?" he asks looking down at me. I get the worst urge in the world. I sit on my knees and smile up at him.
"I'm about to be better." I smile. If you are still wondering what happened between us, well we had amazing first time(with each other) sex.
I'm laying on TJ's chest and soon he speaks.
"You know..."
"Hmm?" I ask.
"You need a hobby." he says. I smirk up at him moving my hand down the covers.
"I have one." I reply. He grabs my hand and puts it on his chest.
"A different one." He says and kisses my forehead.
"Hmmmmno!" I say like a child.
"You could always babysit or something you know." He says.
"You want me to babysit children and have sex with you after. What are you hinting at? You trying to make me a teen parent?" I ask.
"Fuck no!" He says. "Maybe uh, maybe we should try another job." He says.
"Why?" I whine.
"Ever since you learned about Armery and my aunt being her birth mom, you've been so depressed. Do you even know what it looks like outside of your room?" He asks.
I start to think about what he was saying and how true it was.
"I'll look for a job, tomorrow." I tell him and fake yawn. He just kissed my forehead and fell off to sleep.
