Kate's Instruction
"Kate! letter!" Kate's mum shouted up the ebony staircase. Kate rushed downstairs, could it be from Amelia? Sure it was a long shot, but she still held hope.
The envelope was cold in her hands, it was blue with a green triangle on it. The triangle, the one who took her friend. Kate took the letter up to her room and tore the top off cautiously. The envelope contained a picture and a letter. The picture was of the triangle carving on the floor while it was filled with blood. The letter was simple and written on a typewritter, it said, "If you want me to return your friend like I returned you, go back to the stone triangle and collect your next instruction."
At break, Kate was sitting with her friends in the cantien, her phone went off, it was the triangle
"Dont even think about telling your friends, you must go to the stone triangle ALONE!" Kate had to go now, she had 5 minites until the bell for 3rd lesson, "I have to hand in a form, into reception," Nadine nodded, "yeah, ok", Kate walked out of the cantien and then once she was out of her friends view, she began to run towards the stone, her breath was getting short and beads of sweat were on her forehead but she made it in the end.
She crept down the stairs to the stone triangle. The blood was still there but it had dried now. It didnt smell very nice, baked blood ewww! On top of the stone triangle there was a bottle of blood, 'take me', it said on the bottle. Kate grabbed the bottle as she heard a rustle in the tree above her, she was being watched. A shiver went down her spine. She ran from the stone triangle, clutching the bottle in her hand. As soon as she was outside, she got a text, "Good. Now drink it. Trust me." TRUST THEM? He had kidnapped Kate 2 days ago, why should she trust them? She had no choice though, she unscrewed the small glass bottle's delicuite lid. She shut her eyes, held her nose and drunk the content, it was juice!
Her phone went off, "Well, I never actually said it was blood, did I? Oh! and you can tell your three friends now." Kate shoved her phone in her bag and rushed to lesson. She hoped the triangle would leave her alone now.
