Dear Diary,
I know it's been ages since I have written but I have to tell you something. We have been kidnapped by the Taliban! They came during the night I last wrote, saying I had a bad feeling. Turns out I was right. They took my family, Pamir's and two others on our street.
We have been locked in the back of a truck that smells absolutely disgusting and is crammed full of other people too. Thankfully, we were allowed to bring a bag with neccessities. I brought this, of course, my Bible, and my favourite fountain pen.
I'm writing in the dark, so sorry if this wasn't the neatest looking print, but I think I had better go. I can hear some shouting from the front of the truck, it's probably time for dinner- if you can call it that...
I'll write soon.
