Sorry it took soooo long

Chapter 18

We pulled up outside a motel, after discussion of how tired we were and how far away the next hotel was. We got out the car, Liam snatching up my hand and pulling me forward, and headed towards the reception. Liam laughed out loud and gestured towards the large, blue metal sign. It read "the White Wolf motel".

Oh the irony!

"your so immature" I chuckled.

"and don't you love it baby." he grinned making my heart skip a beat at his dimples an the shape of his red tinged, plump lips pulling up. Those kiss-able, red tinged, plump lips. They looked so irresistible.

"Callie...I'd stop that look before I take you in the parking lot.

"sorry." I whispered, ducking my head. A blazing blush highlighting my face.

"what's ta-mata with you?" Liam laughed.

"Liam." I whined slapping his chest and tugging my hand away trying not to laugh.

"don't you smile. Don't you smile! Oh there it is!" I tried to hide my grin behind my hair.

"no I never." I mumbled.

I felt my feet leave the ground and shrieked as my stomach collided with his shoulder. I froze and gasped as his hand smacked down on my ass. I heard him laugh in response to MY response.

"Liam. You put me down...this instance! You'll hurt your back"

"not if you don't move." he chuckled. He opened the door and walked up to the front desk.

"room for two. One bed or two.?" he asked obviously me.

My heart raced at the thought of sharing a bed with him.

"one!" I instantly was flushed with a blush again as I realised I had not only answered too quickly but had also shouted it.

"we only have a room with two singles." the guy snapped looking a tad jealous. He looked at me and glared. Me? What have I done? He looked at Liam with lust in his eyes. Wh-Oh. OH! He's gay! My wolf growled in my head.

'mine' she howled.

"it's okay we won't be staying here." I snapped, I wriggled until Liam put me down and stepped into the guys face.

"and I'd appreciate you taking your eyes of him. He's mine.!"

"I could change his mind honey."

I snarled and raised my hand but Liam snatched my wrist ad pulled me away.

"Sorry to bother you" he apologised. Apologised. What an asshole. I immediately pulled away and threw the door open and heard Liam catch it before it slammed closed. I marched to the car and tugged on the locked door and was met with a blaring security alarm.

"arggghhh" I kicked the car wheel and the car shuddered and fell back to the ground. "stupid guy, stupid Liam, stupid door, STUPID alarm. Liam clicked the lock and the car beeped and unlocked. I hauled the door open and flung myself down on the chair and slammed the door shut. Huffing and crossing my arms.

"Callie. What the hell was all that about? No where are we gonna sleep.? God damn it Callie you answer me now.!"

"What?!" I shouted, turning in my seat to face him completely, more anger brewing and steaming out. "No one can look at me without you over reacting but the minute someone looks at you I'm expected to just step back and plod along like a good wee werewolf? Huh? No frickin way! You are MINE! So the next time someone looks at you like that I will kill them okay?"

"and breathe"

"don't you dare mock me Liam you hear me? Don't you dare! If that guy was looking at me you would have reacted worse than me. So don't start this shit!"

"Callie calm down. He was a human he doesn't know you could have blown our cover!"

"calm down? That's fine!" I reached for the handle and got out the car and started jogging to the woods surrounding it. I heard Liam's door fly open and heard him jogging after me.

"Callie! Come back here! It's not safe!"

I pushed myself further and as soon as I hit the tree line leaped and when my feet hit the ground they were paws. I processed all my anger into pushing myself into sprinting. Suddenly I heard paws rushing behind me.

***stop** he growled

***back off Liam. I need to be alone the now!***

***Callie for one your in rogue territory and two your in heat so stop NOW! I'm too weak too fight one rogue never mind a group of rogues!***

Rogues were werewolves that had given themselves over to their wolves. Lost the stability that you receive when in a pack. Truly dangerous beasts and the thought scared me so I stopped.

***thank you*** he snapped.

***excu-- ahhhhhhhhhh****

***whats wrong.?!!!**** he panicked.

Ahhhhhhhhhh oh my god something's burning my head. Ahhhhhhhhhh. That's when I saw a haze in the air surrounding me and heading to Liam.

***LIAM RUN. we need to get away from the smoke. !****

We took off running through the forest. Running and running and running and when we reached the tree line and shifted back the pain stabbed my lungs. SHIT what the fuck was that stuff.

"AHHH! Liam help me. He-"

The last thing I remember wa Liam running towards me and catching me before everything went black....
