                                                                                              Dans POV

                                                                               (oh what a surprise)

Our afternoon went great. As always , Sam and Dean Winchester made me feel a little bit better; Making me forget my rejection from earlier.

Getting bored though, I shut off the TV and sat down on the rec room couch. I sighed , falling back on to the mattress.

"Whats wrong , pastel boy?" Em cooed at me, sympathy obviously in her light blue eyes

"I just don't want Phil to hate me, that's all." I mess with the sleeves of my jumper, picking off pieces of lint.

Em looks me in the eyes, as if she were staring into my soul.

"He doesn't hate you. Hell, he is in fucking love with you"

I turned to her

"If he was in love with me, why did he leave the room when I kissed him on the cheek? That seems a hell of a lot more like disgust to me."

She sighed.

"Trust me , he is just surprised. And I bet you guys will end up together ASAP"

"Right." I said sarcastically, rolling my eyes.

"No i'm serious! I truly fell in love with my girlfriend in this shit hole! We met online and apparently, she was here too when I got here." She pulled up a picture of a blue eyed girl with pale skin and jet black hair.

"Shes beautiful." I said, filled with awe

"Yeah..." She smiled "Her name is Aurora"

A knock on the door interrupted our conversation.

"Come in" I sigh, trying to compose myself

Phil walked in, a clipboard in his hand

"Hey" He said, looking down at his feet.

"Hey."

"I need to do a check up on you." Phil starts "You know, check your blood pressure"

"O-okay"

Phil rolled in a monitor with a little white basket connected underneath the screen. The basket contained an array of green and blue blood pressure cuffs.

"I'm sorry" I said, biting my lip

"For what?" Phil questioned , sounding extremely confused.

"Kissing you!" I sputtered out, then immediately covered my mouth as if I could encase the words inside.

"Oh."

We sat in silence for a moment, the silence almost comforting as the quiet were a warm bath that we were soaking in.

"Its okay..." Phil said as he wrapped one of the blood pressure cuffs around my upper arm.

"Kay."

As the cuff tightens, the blood flow being restricted from going to my hand, the tension thickens; a layer of black tar hardening making it nearly impossible to think about anything but this.

A loud 'beep" sounds off, causing me to twich out of reflex. Phil takes off the primarly green and white accented band, writing down what the dim display of the machine says.
