Hello and welcome to your round up of the most scandalous rumours and gossip to hit the Capitol this week. As always I, Nox Lingualaca, am here to guide you through the ins and outs of the Capitol’s vibrant gossip scene. Think you’ve heard it all? Well think again…

 First on the agenda is the scandal that has rocked the Capitol. The Odds can exclusively reveal that all you have heard is true… The Vibella Scandal really happened. Last February the Capitol was left stunned at the sudden retirement of beloved exHead-Gamemaker Vibius. We were left adrift of the reason behind his puzzling disappearance. Now the truth has come out. Vibius had become involved in a shocking affair with current Gamemaker Vinella Cola and was forced out of the Capitol to avoid the shame of the affair being uncovered! No solid estimation has been offered as to exactly how long this affair was conducted, but if rumours are to believed the love affair had been more than just a brief fling! Both Vibius and Vinella remain unable to comment on the matter. Who would have thought?

Speaking of blossoming romances between the Gamemakers… the newest member of the team, Pandora Kleio, was spotted canoodling with ‘scientific genius’ Leporis Honeyman at various popular locations around the Capitol. Sorry Ladies! The man voted to the number one position in our ‘Unlikely Capitol Hearthrob’ poll is currently spoken for! I caught up with Pandora over a few cocktails and she had this to say:

“Well… geek chic is in this season!”

Pandora is known for her status fashion choices so it is not a surprise to hear that extends into her love life!

From hook ups to break ups! It is my sorry duty to report that power couple Ambrose and Regina Kaliluco have decided to call it a day on their marriage which had lasted a total of eighty-four days. The couple cite ‘irreconcilable differences’ as the cause of the split.

Moving away from gossip of romances – there have been whispers circulating to explain the trademark severity of Alithia Warwell’s scowl. The look has been known to strike fear and silence into the most extroverted of people. It is no surprise that suggestions have arisen that the perfectly sculpted glance of disapproval is not entirely natural. Records suggest that Alithia Warwell had undertaken surgery in order to better improve its ferocity! The next time you find yourself on the receiving end of one of her scowls be sure to admire the dedication it has taken to create!

On a finishing note we have just heard news that Pandora Kleio has removed strawberries from the Gamemaker’s Brunch menu following a squabble over Ms. Cola’s decision to wear an orange jacket to the previous meeting. Vinella has responded to the actions by turning up head-to-toe in fluorescent orange with the statement that:

“I am bringing orange BACK!”
