Dylan's Point Of View *****
~~~~~~
Normally I would be happy and cracking jokes every time i got but unfortunately I got stuck here in a little town in Colorado. You see my mom works at a " Home and Development" job were she basically helps people renovate their homes. She is really great at her job, so great that they gave her a promotion. She couldn't turn it down with the amount of money she was being offered and believe me when I say that I am happy for her. But at the same time i feel so mad that she had to moved us here, I had to leave everything that I love in my hometown. How could I tell her that? I couldn't. She has done everything for me and the least thing i could do is be happy for her.This new school was making it hard for me even to be happy or excited. Everyone here seemed to be stupid. Like they had no clue where they were and some of them smelt like they haven't showered in days. The more and more i saw how these people acted I started to hate life in that moment in time. At least one good thing that comes out of this and that is that I am a senior which means I only have a full year to survive with these people.
I was walking to class and i saw people running. I was late of course just another thing I need to deal with. But on my way to class I saw this girl get bumped and knock onto the ground she looked hurt so I went to go help her. That's when I had this indescribable feeling and it was all because I looked into her eyes, her beautiful big brown eyes. She looked different from all the other girls here. The way she looked and dressed. I could tell that she was frozen maybe from the knock onto the ground? All I wanted to do was look into her gorgeous eyes I was smiling like and idiot I could tell that was but i couldn't stop she was just so stunning. I never felt this way before I couldn't think straight I was so nervous I thought my heart was going to burst.
"Hey are you okay? I saw that kid bump straight into you?"
Except she didn't say anything. God that was so dumb of me to ask! Now she must think that I am this oblivious douche bag.
It took her awhile to answer me back, her voice was sweet and calm I knew then that she wasn't like everyone else because she was better way better. I didn't want to leave her but I had class so I had to do something because I wanted to see her again I wanted to hear all about her, her likes and dislikes, her jokes and her laugh. I just wanted to be with her and make sure she was safe.
I brushed her hair behind her ear and asked her sit with me at lunch. I was hoping and begging for her to speak again but all she did was nod and that was good enough for me. I walked off with her on my mind, she made me forget about everything and anything. Nothing else mattered but her.
