Steve~ "Hand me the wrench." Steve told your 4-year-old daughter, Livie.
"Here Daddy." She handed it to him. He was fixing a car.
"What's that?" He pointed.
"The motor."
"What's this?"
"The exhaust."
"Good girl! You deserve ice cream!"
"Yay! I love you daddy!" She squealed.
"I love you too princess."

Sodapop~ "All you gotta do is wave the flag and say go. Ok?" Soda explained to your 2-year-old daughter, Rose.
"Ok Dada." He's at a drag race and the flag girl didn't show so Rose is filling in. Soda got on his car.
"Weady, setty, go!!!" She waved the flag. Soda and his component sped off. Soda won, of course.
"Yay Dada!!" She clapped.
"Good flag waving baby girl." He kissed her forehead.

Darry~ "You're getting good!" He tells your 6-year-old daughter, Madison, after catching a football she threw.
"Thanks. Learned from the best." She said and caught the ball.
"I am pretty great." Darry smirked.
"Who do you think is gonna win bedlam?" She asked. (A/N Bedlam is win Oklahoma University plays Oklahoma State)
"Is that even a question! OU of course!" He said.
"Yeah you're right. I got money on this game."
"What?"
"Took bets at school." She shrugged.
"What happens if they loose? Who's money you gonna use?"
"Well number you they ain't gonna lose and number two if they do I'll mow the lawn." She smiled. He laughed.

Dallas ~ "Two Dollars." Your 5-year-old daughter, Ashley, said behind Buck's bar.
"Count it out." Dally told her.
"One. Two." She handed the guy two dollars. Dally had to work at Buck's tonight and you were sick so he brought her. You thought she was at your sisters.
"I like it here. I like watching the people dance. They're really good. Can I go dance with them?" She pointed at a couple. Dally looked at them. They were grinding.
"No baby. Don't watch the people. Just color in your coloring book and serve people." He said.
"Ok. Can I dance when the leave?"
"Yeah when everyone leaves you can dance. But don't tell your mom you're here. If she ask you were at your aunties house." He instructed.
"Ok. If you get me ice cream." She colored.
"Deal. Smart kid.

Two-bit~ "Daddy!! Daddy!! Daddy!!" Abbie, you're 3-year-old daughter yelled.
"Whaty?! Whaty?! Whaty?!" He yelled back.
"Mickey!"
"Coming!" He ran in from the kitchen with a beer, root beer, and chocolate cake. He gave her a root beer and piece of cake. The opened their drinks and took a drink at the same time. They sang the theme song together.
"Will you be my Mickey?" She asked.
"Only if you'll be my Minnie."
"Yay I have a Mickey and cake."
"At least you got your priorities straight." He chuckled.

Ponyboy~ "Goodnight sweetheart." Pony kissed your 4-year-old daughter, Kaylee, goodnight.
"Will you read me a story Daddy?" She yawned.
"Yeah. Which one?"
"The Ugly Duckling."
"Ok." He got the book. He started reading it. Before he was even half way through it she was asleep. He smiled at her and tucked the covers under her.

Johnny~ "Where are we going daddy?" You're 4-year-old daughter, Kate asked.
"Just up the hill. I wanna show you something."
"Ok. Will you carry me? My feet hurt."
"Sure baby." He picked her up.

"Wow! It's so pretty!" She looked up at the sunset.
"Yup. When I was younger I got hurt really bad and I realized we need to take the time to look at things like the sunset. We need to stay gold." He told her.
"Am I gold daddy?"
"Yeah baby. You're gold."
