The doctor came out and told us that bay was in a coma. at least now we know she is alive, we just don't know for how long she will be able to stay on the life support with out them pulling the plug on her.
If I can help it, they will keep her alive as long as it takes for her to recover out of this. I swear I will do whatever it takes to help her, and bring Christopher to justice. I just remembered something, before she ran out to retrieve Chris, officer Munroe gave me a small card, I quickly pulled it out of my pocket and examined it closer. It was a her buisness card. I figured it was worth a shot, so I can figure out what I have to do to bring some justice to this guy who has done this to my daughter.
S:Hello, officer Stephanie Munroe speaking, how may I help you?
J: Hello, this is John Kennish, you have me your buisness card to call if I had any questions I assume? I was wondering what I can do to help with the case against Christopher Miller
S: Well, that's a big favour to ask of me. But since I am working the case then maybe I can give you a little bit of info. but not a lot. Mr.Miller is in interrogation right now with my collogue, detective Noah Burke. We have confirmed that Mr.Miller was the cause of your daughter's accident and not herself. now, Mr.Miller has requested a lawyer so there's a chance that we may have to let him go. As you know, we have a 48 hour hold on all of our prisoners unless they are charged with a crime. At the moment, We do not have all the info we need from Mr.Miller to place any charges on him. All we have is a confession.
J: Shouldn't that be enough to charge him? I mean in most cases that is the only thing they need to charge the person
S: Yes Sir, but we have no other physical evidence against him. In order for the judge to make a decision on weather he is guilty or not, they need both physical evidence and a confession from the person that caused the crime. We will keep looking for any evidence that points to him such as the car, which is our main priority of this investigation. if and when we find the car, we will be able to officially charge Mr.Miller. If you could try and find the car maybe that would help. The accident occurred on young street, across from a local grocery store. He could not have gone far before our officers responded.
I closely listened to the instructions, slowly getting up and leaving Katherine's hospital room. She fainted after hearing that Bay was in a coma. She still has not woken up and I don't know when she will. It might give me some time to try and find this guy's car. I quickly agreed to do it and left the room. Then left the hospital and was soon on my way to the key to this guy's freedom. I had 48 hours to find it or else they would have to let him go.
