A Few Hours Earlier On the Sith's Starship

"You go to the cages and get the spider to find them; I'll take care of landing this hunk of junk. I can feel a couple of very strong force users below. I want to find them and use their knowledge about this planet to conquer it." His Sith companion went below deck to retrieve the specimen they had prepared specifically for this task, a camel spider. The he quickly found a small clearing in a forest so that the ship wouldn't be obvious and called to his companion to release the spider, which they had mutated with the force and then they sprinted off after it.

Back At The School During The Next Period

"I hate math" she said under her breath at the beginning of her test. She had been planning on skipping today but had a feeling that if she wasn't here at school the people she most cared about would either be hurt or dead. So she had to deal with the feeling like a fly caught in a spider web, knowing the spider will come, just sitting there awaiting its death. The two things she hated more than math were not knowing things, like plans or where she was going or what's going to happen, and Spiders. Spiders were her deepest fear. And at the moment as she was feeling trapped in a spider web, just waiting for her deepest fear to show its ugly 8 eyes, she not only hated math...but life itself. The more her mind thought about spiders the more afraid and jumpy she became. She could no longer sit down or keep her eyes on her own paper...looking around the room for spiders. There was always no spider there. She asked herself why she kept freaking out about imaginary spiders and why couldn't she just focus on her test, but with her deepest fear being the thing which the mind wanted to focus on made that hard. Eventually she fought over it and began her test again. Half way through her test she got up to go to the bathroom. Right as she stood up, the spider hit the window.

Jake heard a shriek and immediately knew it was Liz. He bolted out of his classroom to see a spider chasing her towards him and yelled head to the gym and ran slow enough for her to catch up in the next few seconds. He mentioned that the spider, normally used to running in the sand, had terrible traction in the freshly waxed hall floor. When they had reached the gym they ran to the supply closet in the corner and he pulled out a bat to use on the foot and a half wide spider. He stepped out of the closet to see the spider ten feet away from Liz and knew his only option at the time was to throw the bat. He took a deep breath and time seemed to slow down and he saw the second option that the force had given him; he quickly sprinted and smashed the spider which was moving in slow motion. And then time sped up and he found himself going insanely fast towards Liz so he swerved around her as best he could and couldn't stop before he hit the wall so he jumped into a front flip to land on the wall with his feet and jump off to land on his feet. He whirled around and ran to Liz and gave her a hug and said "its ok, I'm here."

"How sweet!" a harsh voice said.

"I think we found at least one of the force users we had hoped for even if it did cost us our only spider." A female voice said from the other end of the gym.

"I think the Sith had found us Liz. I guess I'll take him you take her. Sound good?" He asked

She looked at her opponent and said "Sure that would be fine. I've been looking for a good fist fight" and gave an evil grin.

"Good luck, and show 'em what your made of " he said as he knew they were more than a match for their opponents. He turned away and charged at his malicious enemy and swung the bat at him. The Sith simply ignited the lightsaber and sliced the tip off of the metal club obviously intending to cause him fear but he swung the bat again and it held against the lightsaber, sending a wave of astonishment through the Sith lord. He quickly sent the Sith's lightsaber spinning away from him and threw the bat away as well. Limiting his opponents arsenal to hand to hand and the force, he taunted him and said, "you are making this too easy" and smiled and spared a glance over his shoulder to check on Liz's fight.

She of course had no idea what she was doing. She had never fought with another force user and had no idea how an attack on a Sith Lady with a lightsaber should go. Her reasoning faltered as a result of being chased by a gigantic spider so she was left with the two things she could rely on. The force and her instincts. She used the force to close off the part of her mind that was trapped in the black hole the spider caused and watched her partner run towards his opponent with amazing speed and accuracy. She in turn did the same thing, but less gracefully. Knowing the Sith lady would ignite her lightsaber right when she was an arm's length away, the second she felt the need, she fell to the floor and slid in to her opponent, taking the feet out from under her and sending her crashing down to the floor. The Sith looked surprised and dazed from being surprise attacked and angered that she didn't see it coming. She stood up and realized when she was attacked her lighsaber flew out of her hand and went out the door out of sight. Liz eventually got up to and sharply, like a wolf out hunting that just heard a sound, turned her head to see the Sith Lady trying to run to get her lightsaber but had twisted her ankle when she fell. She wasn't going to let her get her lightsaber... she ran again toward her. She closed her eyes and used the force to gain speed. When she was within arm's reach she jumped upwards and sideways placing her arms around the Sith's neck, and swung her body around the opposite way her opponent was running, putting all of her momentum and weight into the spin. She opened her eyes again when she hit the floor and felt the slime of blood on her hands. The decapitated head of her opponent lied next to her.

As he turned he knew to expect the attack and had erected a pool of force energy in front of him that would reflect any force attacks back at its own user. The attack was, oh shocking he thought to himself, "so predictable he shrank the pool of energy and made it seem like he was also using force lightning, but in truth he was absorbing the energy from the attack and waiting for the right moment to release it. Then the lightning faltered a little, a sign that his enemy was weakening , and that's when he chose to channel all of that force energy into his attacker and in an enormous force shove he sent his attacker flying back into the brick wall killing him instantly. He turned to see that Liz had finished her fight as well and he ran over to her and hugged her saying "we make a good team!" not noticing the blood everywhere or the fact that she had just decapitated someone. He didn't really care. Then they noticed the other two people in the room, one with a blue lightsaber and one with a green lightsaber in one hand and an unlit one in the other. They looked at them...and Jake smiled. "Grand Master Skywalker....Ben" he addressed both men and gave them a small nod of his head and smiled again. She on the other hand wasn't smiling but she did nod at them....a small nod of the head for each person. The Skywalkers looked at each other then at the pool of blood on the floor and the decapitated head still on the ground right by where she landed.

"I think it would be best if you came with us..." Luke suggested to them both but knew he meant it for her. They were going to lock her in a cage. They just saw her decapitate a person. They weren't going to let that go.
