Chapter 2

Damon POV

"Yes you heard right I am Bonnie's husband and also one of the strongest witches in existence so I say this now, don't think about getting in the way of my love for my wife."

Stefan then said "Damon, brother I'm sorry, there is no excuse for us stopping in our search to find a way to get you back, it's just once Enzo and I came to the realization of why we hated each other so much and confronted the source and things kind of got out of hand."

I looked at my brother, Enzo and Caroline then said "adelfés psychés théama" once I did I saw there souls were all moving in the same wave length I also noticed Tyler and the girl Jeremy was making out with earlier seem to be perfect matches not to mention that there was a kind of a sick match.

I couldn't help it, I started laughing and said "oh this is priceless." Bonnie then said "Hey bird brain what's so funny." I said "Well Bonster I looked to see if it was true and yes they are mated however one is still missing. The funny part came when I saw something else but i dont want to ruin it, so I think you should take a look for yourself." She nodded and said "anima mates conspectu." Abby then did the same and when they saw what I saw they started laughing just as hard.

Abby then said "do you want to tell them or should I." Bonnie then said "no I'll do it. Hey Tyler I just thought you should know the girl Jeremy is shacking up with is a witch and not only that she is your mate, so your best friend has been sleep with your forever love." As soon as Bonnie said this Tyler walked over to Jeremy and the girl bent down and took a sniff of her sent as he gazed into her eye as he did he let out a loud roar, his eyes lit up and his inner wolf said "MINE!!!'

Once the girl heard it she quickly got out of Jeremy's arms and went to his. Bonnie then said "Looks like you can't seem to keep girls around Tyler first Vicky and now her hell if I didn't marry Damon I might ha...." The girl spoke for the first time saying "watch it, I'm not going around flirting with your mate so don't you dare do it with mine."

I could see my wife getting pissed off from this witch who just insulted her but she seems to still be in control of her anger so I let this thing play out, Abby looked over at me to make sure I didn't kill anyone because I don't take insults to my wife lightly, plus I'm more of the kill first ask questions later kind of guy, but I didn't want to take Bonnie's fun away.

It only took a few choice words from the witch and just like I knew would happen my wife snapped, an in a flash she she had that witch against the wall, wolf boy tried to interfere and some how bit me and I threw him into the nearest wall as I said "damn it, I just bought this shirt and again with the biting. Tyler didn't anybody tell you to keep your fangs to yourself."

Bonnie looked at me and said "Baby what happen." Abby looked worried but I just smiled at her and said "Nothing much just a werewolf bite by Tyler." She was by my side in an instant and said "that's barely even a nick suck it up and fix it or does the big bad hybrid need his wife to fix it for him?"

I smiled and said "your going to pay for that tonight." She skipped back to the witch and said "I'll be waiting for it." I growled wanting nothing more than to take her down right her and now and make her admit who is boss Abby then said "Hey mom still in the room, I know your married and all but still no mother needs to see her children eye fucking each other."

We both laughed and said "Sorry mom." I then concentrated on my wound and pushed all the wolfs venom out of it and heal the infected area after which I used my magic to fix my shirt. Bonnie looked at my shirt and said "Damon you know what grams would say about using magic to fix a small tear in your damn shirt."

I shook my head and said "It ain't like she is here to say anything and even if she wa....." Before I could finish what I was going to say a book hit me in the back of the head the title of the book was Respecting magic by Sheila Bennett, once I read the cover I said "Damn it grams I really like this shirt."

The book then flew off the ground and hit me again, so I said "Fine, fine, fine I won't do it again and I waved my hand over my shirt and put the rip back in it. Elena turned to my wife and said "Did Damon just say grams as in your dead grandmother and since when is he on a nickname basis with her?" Abby was the one who answered saying "Ever since she married them in the other world." 

I looked around and said "I know this has all been well and good but I need to see a man about a dog and I use the word man very loosely." Elena then said "How does Abby know so much about what happened on the prison world, also why are you all so buddy buddy?"

I couldn't help but laugh as I said "When did you start asking more questions then Alex Trebek?" they all looked at me like I lost my mind. Bonnie looked over at me and said "Hey honey nobody pays enough attention to Jeopardy to know the host name other than you."

I sighed and said "Be that as it may I'm done answering questions we have work to do and little time to do it, plus after all the hard work they put in to finding us I think they all deserve a nice rest."

At this point I was pissed off but was trying to control my anger. Bonnie could tell so she squeezed my hand letting me know she was there for me. 

Abby then said "well if that is all I think we should make our way to New Orleans, the faster we get there and get the originals the faster we can start to prepare." I nodded and as we went to head for the door both Jeremy and Elena cut us off as Jeremy said "look man I know you think we just abandon you but you have to understand that we lost everything and when you both died it was....."

I said "It was to much so you decided to kill your self so it would be easier to just selfishly leave everyone behind, not to mention stop looking for a way to get us back. You know I may be a ass hole, a baster or even a dick but one thing I'm not is a coward but that is not something I could say about you."

Ric then said "Damn it Damon, that is not fare you know all they have...." Bonnie was now shaking with rage then she said "All that they lost, Alaric are you kidding me, my dad is dead, my mom is a Hybrid vampire and grams is dead and I can lay all of that on Elena, I have sacrificed more than anyone has for Elena and Jeremy so I can say without a shadow of a doubt that Damon is right so if you will excuse us we have to go."

With that Bonnie waved her hand sending both Elena and Jeremy flying as we walked to my car which was thankfully fix and parked right out side, got to love magic. once we were all in the car I said "let's blow this keg stand." then I gunned it as we headed out to the big N.O. thinking about how the hell am I going to convince that stubborn lot called the Mikaelson's to come back to mystic falls because there mother who they killed by the way for trying to sacrifice her granddaughter to keep her children safe from here sister. That family is who I have to tell them that there souped up vampire hunting father is coming back to kill them all and if that wasn't enough, we had to make them follow our orders willingly because if we forced them they would all band together and figure a way to kill us, this going to be so fun. (note the sarcasm) well at least I don't have to worry about my life being boring.
