•CHRIS' POV•
We are walking through the forest and I keep on thinking about my happy place. Well me and Alana's happy place. I wonder what it's like right now, if there is leaves spread throughout the grass or if it exactly the way we left it. Whether the grass is all dead or it's as living as ever I long for the place.

I snap back into reality or into whatever this place is and we cross into an open space with its grass all dead and the trees gloomy. That's when the fatigue sets in.

"Maybe we should stay here for awhile." Alana says looking right into my soul.

"Okay." I said not denying the truth.

"I'll keep watch," Alana says, " you can sleep if anything happens I'll wake you up."

"But," I start.

"But nothing go to sleep before I Knock you out myself." Alana says ending it with a wink.

I knew she was being serious and I wouldn't doubt if she would punch me so I slowly lowered myself to the ground.

"I'm going to go get some wood to build a fire I'll be right back."

"No, you're not," I said shooting upright, "the fire will lead whatever out there here and honestly I don't want to be fighting an army of whatever is out there right now."

She made her lips into a line and that's when I noticed her lips were pretty blue and she was trying to hold back from shivering.

"Come here," I said opening my arms out, "I'm like a heated teddy bear."

She threw her head back and laughed the most beautiful and unique laugh that I've ever heard so she made me start laughing, too. As she lowered herself down and I wrapped her in my arms.

"The way you described yourself ..." she laughed again.

So never the less I went to sleep with the most beautiful woman in my arms, alive, and a smile on my face.

"Chris.." a muffled sweet voice whispered.

"Chris wake up I think I found something..." it sang again.

That's when I realized what it was saying and I bolted upright not feeling her in my arms. In a daze I look around trying to find her but with no luck.

"Chris It's okay" I hear the voice behind me.

I feel hands on my shoulders so I turn around and I see her beautiful face so I wrap her in my arms trying to slim down my anxiety. I feel her strong but tiny arms wrap around my neck.

"Chris, its okay I'm right here." I hear her say because I didn't notice but I was crying. I thought I lost her again and that can't ever happen.

We sat there for awhile just thankful for each other then I remember she had something to tell me, "So why did you wake me up?"

"Look, at that tree over there," She said pointing to a tree that look strikingly familiar but I couldn't put my finger on where I saw it, "look pretty familiar?"

"Yea?"

"See, that's what I thought too so I thought about it the whole time you were sleeping..."

"You woke me up because of a tree?"

"No, I woke you up because of the tree I found out where I found it before."

"Well?"

"Think long and hard where is one place that is absolutely beautiful."
