Esme's POV
Nazjaa and I our in the dance room changing back into our clothes talking about how excited we are for our performance tomorrow at lunch. We have been waiting all summer for this. The bell rang meaning Lunch Time. Nazjaa and I were just chatting while getting our food. We looked at the tables all were full except Jaden's he was alone. I felt so bad, so we sat there. He smiled. Nazjaa , Jaden , and I were having fun until the captain of the football team , Dylan came. He is a jerk. I really don't like him. When he walked by he shoved Jaden. But Jaden didn't do anything, but I don't tolerate that. People may say I am sweet and all, but don't push me.
Me- Why the hell did you do that jerk, and I threw my apple at his head.
That made the whole caf look at us.
Dylan- Calm down Meme, he is a loser anyway.
Then he tried to throw the apple at jaden's head, but i catched it. I guess people forgot but I am the goalie of the soccer team. Anything that is thrown, I automatically catch.
Me- He is not a loser. You are and a jerk. Leave him alone, I said not joking.
Dylan- Really what are you going to do if I don't.
Me- Oh this boy tried me. I look at the cafeteria. " See here guys. This punk named Dylan Gomez has problems. I say this because of 3 things. 1 is because on the outside you see this strong football player, but inside is a insecure little girl banging on the door to come out." That made everyone laugh. "2 is because Dylan's brain is a little underdeveloped. And 3 Dylan's weiner is small" Everyone cracked up.
Dylan gave me an evil look
Me- Heads up, I said as I threw the apple, and Dylan was so embarrased he didn't see it and got hit.
Me- Don't hurt yourself buddy, said and everyone bursted out laughing.
Jaden's POV
Wow. I am amazed. This beautiful girl just stood up for me. I couldn't believe it. She was amazing in so many ways. When she sat back down her bestfriend Nazjaa couldn't stop laughing and told her that was awesome. I just stared at her and said wow thanks so much. She smiled and said , thats what friends are for, and went back to eating. I was still shocked.
