Esme's POV
I woke up and did my hygiene process anf got ready for school. I put my Ugg Slippers on, skinny jeans, and blue and white striped crop top on. Then i put my hair in a curly messy bun and grabbed my bag, and waited for my bestfriend. While I waited, my phone got a text.
Unknown- Cute shoes
Once I saw that, I got really freaked out. So I texted back.
Me- Umm.. who is this
Uknown- I really like your hair curly.
I then gasped. Someone was watching me. I wonder if it was the person I saw last night. I got so scared and jumped when someone tapped my shoulder.
AHHHHHH!!, I scream in unison with my bestfriend Nazjaa.
Then we started laughing. Maybe it was just a prank you know?..... I just need to get it out of my head. We talked while we walked to school.
Jaden's POV
Last night they let me out the hospital, and I still had some bruises but most of the pain is gone. The first thing I thought of when I woke up was Esme. What if those stupid people get her. I love her, and I must protect her with all of the will I have. I think I am seriously falling for her. I did my hygiene routine got dressed nd headed down stairs.
My mom greeted me. And I told her I had to go. Then she reminded me about the dinner tonight and to come home early. I nodded in agreement and hurrried to school. I know Esme is around a bunch of people at school, I still want to protect as much as I can.
When I am at the school I see Esme and Nazjaa walking into the school, i hurry up and pick her up and kiss her. Everyone is looking at us. Esme just smiles and continues to talk and walk with Nazjaa, as I follow. We all walk to her locker and Nazjaa tells her bye .
Me- You ready for tonight?
Esme- Yeah I guess, my dad is kind of harsh though.
Me- I will handle it. I really like you Esme.
Esme- Awww I like you too.
Then we walked to class.
Main POV
The day went by in a blur and Jaden stared at his girlfriend a lot not only for protection but for hapiness. She just had something that made him smile. (cute right) People around the school were talking about the kiss they had earlier but the two didn't mind.
On the other side of town was a 20 year old man that has a rough background. His family friends and everyone abandoned him. after the trauma he took his hatred on everyone. But one person angered him. Jaden smith, he had it all, but he was so spoiled. This man vowed that everyone part of him would make Jaden see the pain he has to go through so he searched.. and searched.. till he found what meant most to Jaden...
Esme's POV
School is finally over, but it is going to be weird at this dinner. My dad is probably going to be harsh on Jaden, but Jaden doesn't seem to mind. I hope he doesn't get freaked out and leave. But the thing I am freaked out by is that text. Is someone really watching me. Should I tell? I am not sure, but I will think of something later.
I get home and get ready. I put on a white cami with studs, and a mint skirt, with a denim vest, and white toms. I then pull my hair out of a bun and leave it curly. I just watch t.v. and did my hw, while waiting on the Smith's. I felt that this would be weird, but I hope not. Then I hear a knock on the door.
Jaden's POV
When school was over I headed straight home, but it wasn't like I had any friends to hang with other than Esme and Nazjaa. I wish people would get over the fact of my stupid self on the video. I was young and didn't know anything. That doesn't mean people have to treat me this way. But anyway I just go to my room and text my girl to see if shes good.
Then I get ready. I put on a black tee, and a gold tie, and jeans, and black and gold vans. I just wait till my mom tells me it is time to go. I was looking forward to it, but I was also afraid of Morris Chesnut. He is really overportective of his daughter. One time at the red carpet, Justin Combs tried to talk to her but Morris gave him a look and by the look on Justin's face he was scared. Thats when we pulled up to her house. Here we go..
