"You guys are like the perfect love story!" Lily said as she closed her locker. I shrugged my shoulders. "I'm pretty sure people have it better then we do." She rolled her eyes playfully. We both began to walk to our first period. Our first class was AP psychology. Of course we hated this class. But hey! It was one less class we have to take in college. I sat down in my normal desk in the back. All of a sudden I got a weird feeling that everybody was staring at me. Beside me was Kate; I glanced at her to see if she was looking at at me.... She was. I turned to her and smiled. "Is it true?" I looked at her confused. "Is what true?" The words flew out of my mouth. She laughed and pointed at my hand, which had the beautiful ring. I looked down at my hand and smiled. "Yes he proposed." Kate clapped her hands. "Congrats! I'm really happy for the both of you! You guys are perfect for each other!" The next thing I knew the door closed. "Okay class! Settle down! Settle down! Please take out your textbook and turn to page 205." Me. Seth said.
*Lunch time*
I walked outside to the courtyard and sat at the picnic table. The next thing I felt was arms around me. "Hello beautiful..." Ezra sat beside me biting into an apple. "Hey! How did your test go this morning?" He rolled his eyes and chewed his Apple loudly. "It was okay.... I could have done a lot better if I actually studied a little." He laughed and threw the rest of his Apple in the trash. "So what did your mom say about everything? Your dad?" Ezra began to rub his hands together. He always did that when he got nervous. I sighed and looked at him. "I haven't told them yet..." He rubbed his face for a minute and looked down. "I was kind of hoping we could tell them together!" I shrugged my shoulders and faced him. I placed my hands on top of his. His hands felt like ice and I gently pulled back. "Ezra... Your hands are so cold." He looked at me and rolled his eyes. "Its the side affect of the medicine Autumn it's okay I promise." Before I knew it Lily had plopped down in front of me. "Sup guys!" I looked at her and smiled. "Hey." Ezra slowly stood up and sighed. "Babe I think I am going to go home and rest. Not really feeling the best. He leaned down and kissed my cheek. "I will text you later." I nodded and watched him walk away. "Okay am I missing anything here?" Lil said as she stuffed her face with chips. I turned my body to face her and shrugged. "Yeah he asked me if I told my parents and I haven't yet." She looked at me confused. "And why not? They are going to be so happy for you guy!" My heart began to feel a pain of guilt. "I know but I don't know what they are going to say and his hands.... We're so cold! He said it was a side affect of the medicine. Lily looked at her and began to smile. "Maybe he is a vampire!" She laughed and hit the table a few time and began to quote Twilight. "Edward.... Your hands are so cold!" She said in a Girly voice. "Say it out loud what am I?" She said in a manly voice. I looked at her and rolled my eyes. "Lily you watch way to many movies!"
