Now knowing that I no longer had to feel nervous or timid around the wolves (well the gray one at least), I talked more to them, not that they were listening though.

“So where are we going again?” I ask stepping over a log. Alyssa, if you didn’t realize that by now, looked at me in annoyance but didn’t say anything.

“What? Can you not talk when you’re in doggy form or something?” Still no reply.

“That’s fine. I'm used to talking to myself.” The black wolf gave me what looked like a sly smirk, which was funny because wolves are known for their sly, clever selves in stories.

I half sighed, half huffed; I was not used to being ignored. Usually I got answers right away, but then again I never really asked much questions. I proceeded to follow Alyssa and the black wolf. Soon enough we entered a clearing.

“How much longer?” I asked, exasperated. I’d never been this far out into the forest before. Usually I only went far enough not to be heard talking to myself, but to still have a view of Parkinson’s. On days I was feeling rebellious, I ventured out just a tad bit farther.

“Well?” I said crossing my arms. The black wolf looked at Alyssa, who turned back into a girl.

“We’re here,” she said.

I looked at her in confusion. “Umm, did I miss something?” My voice was slightly shaky; I was nowhere near used to the fact that a wolf can turn into a girl, and vise versa.  I faced left and then right and all I saw was a green-yellow field of grass.

“I followed you for twenty minutes so you could bring me to a field?”

“Look closer," she said simply.

“Excuse me?”

“Look closer,” she said slowly as if she was talking to a child.  I got the feeling Alyssa didn’t like me very much. I squinted out in front of me ‘looking closer’. I didn’t see anything at first.

“This is stup-" But before I could finish, something caught my eye.

It was hazy and blurry like a not-in-focus camera. “Wait a second," I said looking closer.

“What is that?”

“You’ll find out sooner or later,” Alyssa said. “Just keep concentrating.”

The more I stared at the image, the clearer it became. There was one large shape in the distance and closer to me was a bunch of demented looking shapes. They were very tall and sort of triangular shaped. When I no longer had to squint to see the minor details, I noticed that there were people. No, no that couldn’t be right. People? Yes, people. There were tons of people all over. The image was still blurry, but something strange caught my eye. Moving closer to the illusion, I noticed six gigantic wolves staring right at me.
